We are either getting really good at picking the best places to eat, or Torremolinos just has an above average number of great restaurants. Once again, yesterday we ended up having lunch somewhere we hadn't read about beforehand, which turned out to be La Moraga, and having a great meal.I must admit that when I saw the different types of food on the menu, it made me slightly suspicious. Does this restaurant know what it wants to be, and can they actually make such a wide variety of dishes well? It turned out it seems they can turn their hand at pretty much anything, as the Mexican wrap, the Indonesian chicken satay and the Dutch croquettes (bitterballen) were all very nice indeed. The Spanish spring roll seemed to me just a vege spring roll with not much Spanish influence.I'd say prices are slightly on the high side for the amount of food, but I guess this is a prime location on the beach, and the food was very tasty indeed.

We were hungry and found this place. We ordered a virgin mojito and they already looked weird at us. Finally we had the mojito and there were insects in it. We said that there were insects in it and their answer was that it was from the mint. (Means they donât clean the mint). The food wasnt good either. We will never come back here.

Enjoyed this little restaurant for dinner last night so much. Sat in the quiet backstreet. Service was so friendly. Like all the other diners there we had the paella and it was delicious. Ours was seafood with mussels, prawns and langoustines. Nice wine list but we had sangria. Little freebies such as a small Russian salad with Melba toasts and free shots with the bill. Excellent and highly recommended.

Had a lovely lunch ( as always) at El Levante, absolutely gorgeous Gambas Pil Pil, they serve some fabulous fresh fish here.Always busy with locals gives you an idea of how good this restaurant actually is, been in the same family for years and their standards have never dropped.

Read reviews on TripAdvisor and decided to give it a go and wasn't disappointed. Food is delicious and staff are very friendly. Bruchetta 3 different ways for starter was really good and the spaghetti with prawns and truffle was absolutely gorgeous. Swordfish was ordered by my husband and he throughly enjoyed it.the Italian house red was also delicious. Very good value for what we ordered. We will definitely be going back for more.

Pro: - All the food was good - every tapas very tasty and plates cleared- service: lovely staff, attentive and interactive with our babyCon:- The tapas offerings are all over in terms of taste, youâll potentially eat med, Asian, game... I personally was ok but you need to consider every dish in silo- no tuna or swordfish available reduced optionsSummary: itâs not cheap but you get good food for your money. Service and food is food... thatâs rare in this tourist trap.
