My wife and I ate one of the fixed price menus here on the last night of our holiday and it was memorable. We ate outside as it was a warm night and as course after course arrived we felt more and more enchanted. A lovely setting, fabulous food and faultless service. No hesitation in recommending this superb restaurant.

Understated and brilliant. The owner sources (and sometimes catches) the fish, runs the kitchen and often waits tables.Uncomplicated dishes and if you speak a little Spanish there is no need to read the menu, Oscar (the owner) will choose everything for you, wine included.Been many times over 7+ years and it's always been perfect.

Our landlady in Tarragona recommended (only) this restaurant. Good choice. The menu is only in Catalan but the waiters were very helpful to us English (and a bit of Spanish) speakers. Great rice with clams and calamari, fine wine at moderate price. Pleasant ambience, not remotely touristy. And no music! (my husband loved that).

A recommendation from the hotel reception, we failed to get a booking for our first night, but succeeded for the Sunday.A small restaurant overlooking the Placa del Rei in the old town, specialising in fish dishes. We had two different hake dishes, and a very good local wine, well served by the proprietor and her staff. Service was good, despite the restaurant being full with diners being turned away (it was the local festival time and the town was totally mobbed). The food was excellent, the ambience also â we were sat indoors as the terrace had been dismantled for the festival activities in the square.Well worth the effort to rebook, and we will go again.

Probably the best tavern I've been to in Tarragona. The menu contains a wide range of plates. We visited this place 3 or 4 times. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. The tavern is definitely worth visiting!

We went to this restaurant with collegues to take a menu in order to celebrate the end of the accademic course 2016-17. The menu was compound by many appetizaser such as muscles, squid, octopuse, salad with anchovies...completed with black rice paella. High quality products...kind and warm service. Reasonable price. Regional wines from Tarragona.

We want to introduce you to the new El Terrat Restaurant. A project framed in the space of the Terrat Restaurant with the new address of the chef Quach, a young man of 29 years, trained at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Cambrils who worked in re
The restaurant was highly recommended by a local colleague. Nice place, with a contemporary look, local wine OK (in particular the white one), some interesting amuse-bouche to begin, assorted starters OK (in particular the fish ceviche) though not so well suited for sharing. The monkfish with romesco sauce was acceptable but a little lacking character. Gorgeous desserts by the look of them, but did not try any... Good service, partly English speaking, English menus anyway. Prices not low but reasonable. Very nice presentations for food.

Local medieval, acogedor y con buena cocina local y de mercado. Trato personalizado. Tenemos menú al mediodia en verano de Martes a Sábado. En invierno de Martes a Domingo.Por la noche abrimos de miércoles a Sábado.
We were there during a busy holiday weekend and felt fortunate to get a table. We have a festival menu it consisted of three starters, and we elected for the tuna steaks, and lemon sorbet for dessert. Our sparkling water included. We had read the price should have 15â¬, we were charged 23⬠which didnât seem overpriced for the quality and the quantity of food.

The poor menu leaves few alternatives - so i ordered a burger. This was the most greasy and disgusting piece of meat I have ever encountered. Served with something like a beastâs gut on top - that gushed even more fat over it, and potatoes on the side. No vegetables at all - just a few cooked onion rings, and no bread. Now a few hours later I can still feel the greasy fat slowly moving itâs way down my intestines. Man that was utterly disgusting!Sorry to tell you that in our restaurant no greasy meat is served, however we take note of your comments to keep improving.
