Staff were excellent, accommodating and seating was very comfortable for the big and tall in our party. Access was easy for walkers or wheelchairs from the parking lot. Waitress was very attentive. Some dishes were awesome but some I think were pre-breaded and frozen. Sad if thatâs the case, the chefs obviously have some skills, maybe menu offers too much for it to be fiscally practical? The steamed lobster was one of the best weâve had in a long time. The scallops were a bit stodgy. Fries were outstanding, baked clams were a 6/10 a little too greasy but still tasty. I hope the pare the menu down to only super fresh stuff because those items were the bomb!

This was our 3rd trip to Waterfalls. The restaurant is beginning to show signs of age. Overall it was clean. Carpets however needs to be replaced. The waitress was very friendly. The fried calamari is spot on. You also get nice warm rolls while waiting for your order. Overall, I give this restaurant a 7 out of 10. The food is quite tasty, as far as Italian food is concerned. The same dishes, chicken cutlet parm, or baked ziti, spaghetti in vodka sauce, etc. Would I visit again, yes. Would I recommend, yes.

We dined here last weekend and we were a party of 6. We arrived for reservation on time and we were seated immediately which was nice. The restaurant was crowded which gave us a nice vibe. This place came highly recommended. So we sit down and the hostess said the waiter will be right with us. 30 minutes later (no exaggeration) the waiter came over to introduce himself to us and to ask if we would like something to drink from the bar. We stated we didn't even get menus or water yet. 10 minutes later we had water and menus and another 15 minutes to get our drink order (although the tap beer which was order took another 10 minutes). So basically 55 minutes after sitting we received our drinks. We did try to get the attention of the waiter, the manager and the owner several times to ask where the drinks were. Anyway, on to the appetizers. The apps came out fairly quick but very sporadic. We ordered 5 different items and 3 of the 5 came out separately. The pizza was room temp, which was disappointing but the other apps came out hot.The dinners arrived hot and pretty much at the same time which was a nice surprise. Everyone in our group thought the food was absolutely delicious but the service was very poor. Several times we tried to get the attention the waiter to ask for another drink, or hot pepper etc. but it was like pulling teeth. Finally, we were able to get the attention of the manager to tell her what we needed and it took almost 20 minutes to get the drinks etc. They were definitely understaffed and it showed. The owner came over to the table apologizing but by then a few of us had a bad taste for the restaurant, Although the food was delicious, I'm not sure I'll run back there, but maybe down the road we will try. Prices were reasonable, food was delicious but service was poor at best. This is why its a mixed review.

Located on a commercial street, Real Madrid has a small parking lot adjacent. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are very attractive. I prefer the ambiance of the small room to the right of the main entrance. Now for the food; very generous portions, enough to share or take home. Each entree comes with a large salad with delicious house dressing, saffron rice, vegetable and homemade potato chips. Their green sauce is excellent and is served with several entrees. Seafood is fresh. We shared a small carafe of sangria which was very good. Prices are reasonable especially considering the large portions. There is a large, friendly wait staff. Highly recommend.

Stopped yesterday around dinner time. Lovely view outside. Service awful. Ordered lobster rolls and house salad. Salad very good, lobster roll had too many additives, fries awful. Waiter never came back until end. Had to get my own condiments. Dessert prefab. Learned my lesson. Shouldâve skipped it!

Came here with some friends for dinner on a Saturday night. It really exceeded my expectations. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. I mean, really delicious - from the appetizers on down. The atmosphere is very waterfront and is reminiscent of nicer spots along the jersey shore. Canât wait to go again.

Once upon a time, a couple was vacationing on Staten Island. The couple researched the local restaurants and decided that they wanted to try something different. The husband was pleased to see that he could make a reservation for Incas's Grill through OpenTable and did so. On the day before the reservation, he received text message asking if the couple was still interested in dining at Incas's Grill. The husband responded affirmatively and received a confirmation text. He also received a confirmation email. The couple were really looking forward to their dining experience at Incas's. Finding a parking space was challenging and took some time but the couple finally found a spot a mere 5 minute walk from Inca's. Eagerly anticipating dinner, they walked into Inca's. The first staff member they encountered was not able to locate their reservation. She turned to another staff member who had the same problem. While the husband of the couple prepared to show the email confirming the reservation, another staff member appeared and, for a moment, it looked like the day had been saved and the couple would enjoy a nice meal at Inca's. He drew up a table and chairs for the couple, asked if this was their first time at Inca's, and mentioned some of the drinks that were available. Then he left. Perhaps, he assumed that one of the servers or greeters would pick up where he left off. The couple waited, and waited, and waited, and then waited some more. Fifteen minutes went by and nothing: no menus, no servers, no glasses of water, no drinks, nada! The couple, tired of waiting, finally got up and left Inca's and had a nice dinner elsewhere on the Island. That was our total experience with Inca's: No acknowledgment of the reservation we had made online and a total ignoring of our presence after we had been seated. Again, our suspicion is that the gentleman who seated us assumed that his staff would follow up while his staff made the opposite assumption. In any case, it seemed as though a cloak of invisibility descended upon us after we were seated. Obviously, we will not be returning to Inca's Grill anytime soon.

Brand new and innovative
Great deal especially for the portion sizes. Can add unlimited wine, sangria or beer for an extra $10 but is limited to a 90 minute seating. Service was a little slow for my liking the night we went, as we opted to sit outside, which is more enjoyable and much quieter but was too warm this evening. I dropped the review down to an average on (2) factors. Food was good, just no wow factor, and I think there were a total of 9 fans. 6 had no blades, and one of the 3 oscillating fans was not working either. To me, this is unacceptable when your offering outdoor seating. Would definitely return. Sit indoors if it is extremely warm. On a cool night, I would choose outdoor seating.

Great food!!
Bayou offers an incredible 4 course menu during the week which we found to be outstanding in quality and value. Our server, Roni, was a pleasure and professional. He anticipated our needs and made the evening joyful. The food was outstanding and each course was plentiful. I will definitely return for more!
