Ok...let's start with a confession. This pizzeria is owned by a distant cousin with whom I connected about 8 years ago.I had invited five other cousins to join us for an informal evening.Luciano is a pizzaiolo of the first degree and the menu offers a huge array of different toppings. I have to admit he does a killer job! The other entrees offered, mostly fresh seafood, also were of excellent quality and really flavorful. Clearly, he's doing things right as the tables filled up with locals! He also introduced us to a superb Ciro from Cantina Iuzzolino . A very nice thing about Calabria...eleven of us ate and drank (and joked and sang) for less than 140â¬!Complimenti cugino mio!

Con mia moglie Rita ed una nostra amica, su uno studio approfondito delle location più gettonate del posto, mia moglie ha proposto la plus ultra. Non è stato facile lâapproccio poiché alla reception ci è stato sconsigliato lâingadesso poiché sold out. Non mi sono perso dâanimo e così su mia insistenza, gentilmente il metro ci ha cortesemente pregati di attendere allâesterno che, in caso di un posto che si rendeva libero, era assicurato il tavolino. E così dopo circa una 30 di minuti, lâevento si è realizzato. Posto allâesterno con vista mozzafiato sul golfo, tramonto incantevole e serata calda con musica gradevole in sottofondo. Ordinate due bottiglie di acqua minerale, una birra del posto, una birra classica, due antipasti locali con tre pizze, siamo andati via stra soddisfatti, consapevoli di avere passato una serata magica in un angolo fatato. Meritevole e straconsigliato.

Atmosphere outstanding. Family run with care and attention to detail. A must stop when in Calabria. We've been there 4 times now and instead of ordering from the menu we decide fish or meat and allow the chef to create his masterpiece of fine dining. Be sure to be hungry when you go! Red wine is local and an excellent choice.Take your time going up the windy, serpentine road and when you arrive beside the Normandy Castle it's worth the drive.

It was interesting to see how the Italian families get together on Sunday. There was a large group of people and still the staff made sure we got good service. We had excellent sea food risotto, delicious.

Pranzo con amica, arriviamo abbastanza tardi ma nessun problema a farci accomodare, diciamo che non vogliamo pasta, ma pesce e lasciamo fare allo chef anche per quanto riguarda l'abbinamento del vino...quindi breve indagine per capire i nostri gusti e se abbiamo delle allergie.. e ci viene preparato un pranzo fantastico!Personale molto gentile e carino.Chef presente, competente e simpatico.Location, semplice ma idonea al luogo in cui è....infatti è una terrazza sul mare, quindi molto bella.Cucinaâ¦.ottima!!!! pesce squisito, ma non il solito pesceâ¦..preparato con innovazione, con gusti nuovi, abbinando sapori e consistenzeâ¦.Rapporto qualità prezzoâ¦..veramente ottimo!Se ripasseròâ¦.sicuramente tornerò.

Appena arrivati in zona per una settimana di vacanza ci siamo fermati con la macchina ancora carica per un pranzo in riva al mare. Siamo stati accolti con molta simpatia ed abbiamo mangiato veramente bene ad un prezzo giusto. Ottimi e abbondanti i primi con pesce e squisito il tonno con cipolla caramellata.

Had a bounty at this place during a graduation reception. Their food was excellent as well as their service. Appetizers served by the pool was awesome. Need to try this place.

I have eaten here many times, firstly the front of house staff have changed, before the service was attentive and professional, we were a party of3, we had to ask for everything, wine etc. very difficult to get someone's attention (or maybe being the only foreigners) finally we ordered, we explained that we wanted to enjoy the food, so please do not rush us,everything came out at the same time, we sent back the main course, which was a trio of teriyaki fish,when we had completed our sushi, tempura, they returned with the fish, 20 mins later, which had been reheated, dried ,inedible, if that was not enough, they have a DJ , playing very loud music, even the staff have trouble hearing your order,But if you need a fix of a Japanese food unfortunately their is no other choice!!!!

I travel monthly to Mexico. Luna is a contemporary Mexican cuisine in downtown GR. Very good food and drinks. Nicely appointed interior although a bit loud for conversation.

Un bel locale davanti al mare, elegante, arioso e spazioso. Una cucina raffinata con qualche attenzione verso le tradizioni enogastronomiche locali(Ottimo il morsello di baccalà e la varietà di pane).Un servizio puntuale e cortese. Un'ottima la cantina. Da ritornare al più presto.
