First of all it has to be said that the fish was perfectly cooked and very clearly fresh. The boss greeted us personally and made us feel very welcome. We were offered an alternative starter which was extremely good quality. The service didn't start out great but once we had ordered was very good hence the rating below. Could be any early season thing

Went on the festival night of San Juan and excellent music from DJ Abel just sounded better and better as we approached from the beach. S'Iza and Saeed Khan then performed wonderfully and got the whole place dancing regardless of age. Drinks were attentively replenished and the sardines and calamari we had were excellent too, though we hadnt planned to eat. They do breakfasts so that appeals for a future visit. We don't post everywhere we go to but when a night is as enjoyable as this it is worth sharing!

We had a delicious tuna lunch in this restaurant and, whilst the price was quite high, the food was worth it. The tuna belly in particular was something we haven't tried before and would definitely come back for.

With three locations in the area..MARA which came from SEVILLA where the first restaurant was established..in less than five years have gained a very solid reputation as one of the best seafood restaurant.With their own ships , they get dailythe fresh fish from the sea.. With the permanent attention of the owner this restaurant works as a clock.. During the summer is totally pack up,necessary a reservation.. Relation price / quality is totally fair.. The actual restaurant and the area are splendid and the owners have made an effort to create a lovely space for daytime or evening dining, with spectacular views towards North Africa and Gibraltar. However, the food doesn't live up to the stylishness of this chiringuito. We had a family lunch and a dinner for two - both meals were quite average (we had seafood paella for lunch, but honestly, although it had a seafood taste, there was VERY little seafood in the rice). Having said all this, the owner and the staff are delightful and I would love to give a better rating - they just need to improve the kitchen and we would be happy to return!

We stumbled across this wonderful Beach Restaurant- we were greeted warmly and seated. Excellent wine choice and good menu. My husband had the fillet steak, it was cooked medium rare to perfection and the Chicken ceaser salad was plentiful and very tasty. It is a relaxed environment, so sit back and take in the views. Very reasonably priced at around 55⬠for lunch. Worth a visit!

Nice views of the port from the terrace. We had lunch from the tapas menu. Morrocan chicken, prawn springroll, seafood salad and a miniburger. All tasty.The service was good and the staff friendly. A good place for a relaxed lunch.
