Restaurant was renovated recently and now it looks modern and fashion. It is pretty big too, it could accommodate some mid-event (small wedding). It also has some private rooms.They have a pretty broad menu where fish and seafood are the main stars. Everything I tasted was pretty good. It is a bit overpriced, but you eat pretty well here. It has a covered terrace. Well situated restaurant in Pineda very near the stationAlways very popular so you should reserve for the weekendFixed price menu is usually really good and is four courses (with big portions)A la carte we had the Black Rice which was really good, and the rice pudding which was deliciousCoffee is consistently good here (although they didnât invite us for the chupito like they used to)As always a bit slow serving (even in off season at the beginning of February!)

Hoy he ido a través del Tenedor a este restaurante que valoraban bien y decÃan que habÃa cambiado de dirección y me he encontrado con la agradable sorpresa de encontrarme a parte de la antigua plantilla de Can Flores, en concreto uno de sus pilares Carrasco que nos ha atendido estupendamente, como siempre y hemos podido comprobar que siguen y seguirán la lÃnea de el exitoso Can Flores con la intención de mejorarlo.Hemos comido un menu de 19⬠buenÃsimo, y tienen previsto hacer los famosos platos de dÃa, no olvidemos la sangrÃa de cava Blanquenca.

Had super family dinner here last night. Great mix of local dishes with some burgers and steaks also. Cheerful engaged staff took time to explain any queries we had. Excellent wine list. Most customers were Spanish/Catalan with a lot of regulars judging by interactions with staff....always a good sign. We booked 48 hours in advance and on the night it was fully booked from 8pm on. Visited on recommendation from our hotel. The service was excellent. The waiter greeted us warmly and offered menus in several languages including Spanish, French, Italian, and English. He spoke to us in English. He smiled and was playful with the children. We asked for his recommendation of seafood and really enjoyed the mixed seafood and grilled fish. Food was well cooked and seasoned and we absolutely enjoyed everything. The prices were excellent value, can't stress that enough. Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves. Can't wait to return one more time during this holiday!

Last summer I passed by Pineda de Mar and was lucky enough to come across Restaurant Diagonal. The seafood paella was amazing and I recommend it to everyone who dines there. On top of the amazing food the staff were fantastic, very hospitable and kind. Definitely a must when visiting Pineda de Mar. So glad we found this place, 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Right on the beach, we sat with cocktails & tapas watching the sea & then a torrential downpour & lightning over the sea! The service was perfect, friendly & attentive. Very reasonably priced and lovey food & drinks. We went back a second time & received the same friendly service, good food & drinks! Very lovely place, would definitely recommend & return here.

We arrived before opening time, as a group of 8 we were worried as we had not booked.... They let us in to look at the menu before opening (thankyou) ... Between us all chicken,steak,fish and paella were sampled... Everything was delicious, I will definitely be returning...Thankyou from us all x

Lovely food but we found a bit on the expensive side. Friendly staff and given extra special attention by the owner Mr. Pepe but be warned even though he gives little extras that you think is free he does charge you for some of it so donât be fooled! Also it after the second time visiting and not leaving a tip as we realized only after the first night that their bill included service charge but gave extra, Mr. Pepe was not as friendly. Itâs a shame because it spoilt our experience and nothing felt genuine after that. We were happy to have found other nice places to eat for the rest of our stayDear Hellen,thank you for your review. All our dishes are cooked with local fresh high quality products, which have a value. As for the tip, in Spain it is not compulsory and service is included everywhere.
