A surprise in Montevarchi where we stayed for one night.La Buca di Ipo offers delicious seafood (e.g. gran piatto crudo), pasta, pizza⦠Typical Italian food with very small prices. And the service is nice and excellent.Itâs better to eat outside (in the street but very few cars are passing).If you are staying in the Chianti, donât hesitate to visit La Buca di Ipo.Thank you very much

I've been here with a friend to have a quick lunch.The today's specials are various and very tasty!The service is pleasant and quick, the food was really tasty ( I had as main course a a roasted turkey and was sooooo juicy !! ) .If you want to have a break...try this place and you'll be delighted!

Era la prima volta che capitavo al joia fish restaurant e devo dire che è stato un compleanno festeggiato più che degnamente,portate sublimi,pesce delizioso e locale raffinatissimo!!! Uniche due cose per cui non metto 5 stelle sono la invadenza del proprietario,il quale non ci ha mollato tutta la sera continuando a stare incollato al nostro tavolo senza darci un minimo di privacy(va bene i consigli ma poi non ci siamo sentite libere di dire una parola in pace) e il fatto imbarazzante di arrivare a pagare e capire che non sapevano nel 2018 come rapportarsi con un bancomat,un locale di lusso come queesto non può certo effettuare cadute di stile del genere.

Having been in Tuscany for over a week we had pizza almost every day.... la Sosta diVina was by far the best. The staff were bubbly and enthusiastic and the prices were brilliant. 2 pizzaâs, 1 litre of wine and 2 beers for â¬30. I would massively recommend everyone to go.

Pasta is really delicious... once you found the restaurant opened :). They have no opening hours written outside and when the restaurant is closed it looks abandoned. We found it opened only by accident. For the locals it is fine but for tourists quite a challenge, moreover as no one around speaks any language but Italian :).

Took a taxi here from our villa and enjoyed a nice meal outside under a veranda. The pizzas were delicious. The seafood pasta dish left something to be desired with little recognizable seafood compared to similar dishes at other restaurants. It's in an industrial park on the other side if the highway fro Terrenuova Brocciolini.

This new restaurant in San Giovanni has soon become our favorite place to eat out. Located just behind the beautiful town hall the restaurant not only serves quite interesting dishes (meat, fish and vegetarian), but for Tuscan standards a lot of efforts are put in the way the dishes are put on your plate. An interesting wine list, combined with expert advice and warm hospitality has made us come back already several times.

We had a five-star experience here, which I define as food quality exceeding expectations and something special in the service. The good-natured waitress had trouble explaining some dishes, and enlisted the enthusiastic help of a diner at a neighboring table. Our resulting seafood lunch was ample and delicious. Reasonable prices completed the nice time we had.

We visited 3 times with family and friends in May of 2016. SO friendly and accommodating as we had a 3 year old and 15 month old and a large groupFood is excellent and the Bisotecca is fabulous. we tried Giusti across the street and it is a 2 and PiazzaMagno is a 10!!..very reasonable prices, clean and friendly.cannot say enough about the food and the people who own it.Bellisimo!!
