Find out what Seafood restaurants to try in Punta de Mita. Yearning for the laidback feel of a rural fishing village with white sand beaches, combined with the luxuries and mild year-round weather of the Mexican Riviera? Punta Mita has all this plus championship golf, diving, sport fishing, surfing, sailing, sea kayaking, whale watching, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, Jeep tours, and rainforest excursions. Walk into town for beachfront restaurant dining and Pacific Ocean sunsets. Kids can safely swim at Playa El Anclote, where the rock jetties calm the shallow waters near restaurant row. Surf El Anclote’s long slow waves. Or seek out those special surfing spots along the coast, like near Punta Sayulita. Enjoy kayaking. Take the family sailing. Tee off overlooking the breezy blue waters of the Pacific Ocean at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Pacifico Course, rated among the best in Latin America. Pacifico is renowned for its optional 19th hole, the “Tail of the Whale,” a 199-yard par-three where you tee off over the Pacific Ocean onto a large island green. The Bahia, another Nicklaus-designed championship course, has six ocean holes, and is lined by beach sands and gated resort properties controlling course access. The Bahia Banderas (Bay of Banderas) and north towards Sayulita is great for fishing and diving volcanic tunnels, or just watching whales, dolphins, turtles, and ocean birds. Snorkel color-splashed shallow reefs. Spend a day on a ponga, a motorized open-bow fishing boat in search of mahi-mahi (dorado), pugnacious pargo (big cubera snapper), Pacific sailfish, fighting roosterfish, yellowfin tuna, and bonita. From Islas Marietas and El Morro to La Corbetena and El Banco, the diving opportunities are numerous.

Great views over the bay, food very good, fresh fish, real margaritas. Been here about 20 times, never had a bad meal. It is a chain, so food is not original but still worth going to.Thanks for visiting La Pescadora Punta Mita and for this great review. We hope you have had a wonderful experience and we look forward to seeing you again!Cheers,Demita Restaurants

The jewel in the Crown, Carolina offers a seductive and bespoke fine dining restaurant experience. With her five diamonds and AAA rating Carolina showcases the very best of modern Mexican cuisine from Chef Jose Meza Arroyave. Using only the freshest of lo
The restaurant and the atmosphere/service were pretty good! Ordered the small, 4 dish menu (there was a Signature 10 dish menu) and the portions were too big. Couldnât finish them all, didnât have dessert and the dishes from the normal menu (Aguachile and Langosta) were better. Visually outstanding but once you see the portions, psychologically, your mind plays negative on you. Great flavors and my respects to the chef, he came out and apologized for the inconvenience; also told us a bit about his career (we asked him), quite interesting!

Sufi was excellent from start to finish. The food was delicious, the view is beautiful and the wait staff is outstanding. To top it off, the music they played created the best ambiance. I highly recommend! Ask for Chuy to be your server - he's the best!

A truly authentic dining experience, the Mita Mary boat bistro represents the very best local cuisine; grilled fish or lobster, shrimp & fish tacos, a cold Mexican beer or Margarita mixed with fresh mint and cucumber. Combined with the shade of the palm t
Mita Mary is a part of St. Regis and is a beautiful romantic restaurant. We went with our child in the stroller and they were absolutely fine with it, infact took care all the time. The ambience is amazing with a boat setting, sunset views on the beach. We ate fish and shrimp tacos. They both were delicious. Grill catch of the day was mole and it was good too, could have been a bit moist. Desserts were in jar and they were not only tasty but also very good to see. All in all a great place to eat dinner. Do reserve before you visit.

A restaurant located in the beautiful paradise of Punta de Mita, Mexico just north of Puerto Vallarta. Lobster Paradise serves the finest selections in prime seafood.
Should have dined at the Four Seasons. My wife and I were unaware that the El Dorado was replaced by the subject restaurant. When we travel to Puerto Vallarta we always make the El Dorado one of our stops. The refurbishing of the property is excellent. Unfortunately the second story has been eliminated so local vendors can get up close and personal. The service we received was very good.Pricing is the BIG issue in my opinion. Paying $25 per person before tip for LUNCH is too much. If we want to pay those prices, all we need to do is drive down the road to the Four Seasons. This was easily our most expensive meal in a eight day stay. 8 Tosadas and the Restaurante Traditionale are better choices for meal variety, pricing and you can save the petrol (22 pesos per liter)

This restaurant is a must visit if you are staying in Punta Mita. It is great to explore local options on vacation and not just stay at the hotel and this restaurant is a perfect night out. It is a small place perched on top of a hill. The service was extremely attentive and the food matched the service. Most the table ordered various seafood options and I ordered a traditional Mexican dish. All guests had the highest marks. The prices were more than reasonable, and the value of the meal receives top marks. The Margarita's though were amazing and strong. I had several of the cucumber chili margaritas. There was a slight kick to them but not overbearing and the flavor was amazing. We would eat there again every trip.Gracias, gracias, gracias!!! Que detalle de su parte el escribir y compartir su experiencia del lugar, recomendándonos ampliamente, súper!! Esperemos su visita al regreso, saludos!Héctor Lòpez

Beach palapa sports bar, restaurant and pool, perfect place to dine, watch your favorite sports and shoot pool ... our food is right on top with the best restaurants in town.
Iâve visited Cocoâs a few times before as itâs a great place to watch live sports. So this time I was visiting to play some pool, they have 2 pool tables now which is great I think they are the only ones in town. If you want a break from pool they also have table football. As I have experienced here before we were quickly served by the helpful and friendly staff. However our usual order of wings would be somewhat different this time. Nallely the owner told us of her new chef Gabriel and the new menu. We decided to order a few different things. We got the tuna cappachio, shrimp tempura and the mini burgers/ slider. We had the lamb, crab and beef. (See attached photos). We werenât disappointed. Tuna was excellent it had a fresh herb crust and been seared, that plate didnât last long. Next we had the tempura the soy based sauce with this was great I could have just drink a cup full of it. Then we ordered the sliders, as a lamb lover this was my favorite but the crab was a close second. I will be going to Sayulita next week and I will definitely be going back for more. Iâm looking forward to seeing what Gabriel comes up with next time Iâm hoping for a few specials.
