So glad we found this place, 10 minutes walk from our hotel. Right on the beach, we sat with cocktails & tapas watching the sea & then a torrential downpour & lightning over the sea! The service was perfect, friendly & attentive. Very reasonably priced and lovey food & drinks. We went back a second time & received the same friendly service, good food & drinks! Very lovely place, would definitely recommend & return here.

Stopped for coffee. Great location right on the beach. Good coffee, good service - staff very pleasant and helpful and reasonable price. We are here for a week so will certainly be back.

This is a high class restaurant, selling first class food. Nevertheless, they do a 4 course lunchtime menu for a bargain price of â¬10.90! We started with a meaty consomé, which is apparently made of vegetables. I had macaroni with a chicken sauce next, followed by a delicious black rice, sticky with squid ink. My pudding was a sensational strawberry and pistachio tart. Wine isn't included n the menu, but cost a very reasonable â¬9.90. The waiter service was impeccable.I love their Christmas snowman in the palatial car park..

Lovely food but we found a bit on the expensive side. Friendly staff and given extra special attention by the owner Mr. Pepe but be warned even though he gives little extras that you think is free he does charge you for some of it so donât be fooled! Also it after the second time visiting and not leaving a tip as we realized only after the first night that their bill included service charge but gave extra, Mr. Pepe was not as friendly. Itâs a shame because it spoilt our experience and nothing felt genuine after that. We were happy to have found other nice places to eat for the rest of our stayDear Hellen,thank you for your review. All our dishes are cooked with local fresh high quality products, which have a value. As for the tip, in Spain it is not compulsory and service is included everywhere. We visit this restaurant from time to time and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Furthermore, all food is gluten free so it's the perfect place for celiacs. Thank you so much! We are so pleased that you enjoy eating at our restaurant. We put a lot of effort in selecting the best fish and cooking it in the best way. Everything we cook is gluten free because there are 3 members of our family who are celiac. We have recently introduced a fidelity card, for every 5 times you visit us, we give you a discount of 10â¬, I hope you already have it.

Restaurant was renovated recently and now it looks modern and fashion. It is pretty big too, it could accommodate some mid-event (small wedding). It also has some private rooms.They have a pretty broad menu where fish and seafood are the main stars. Everything I tasted was pretty good. It is a bit overpriced, but you eat pretty well here. It has a covered terrace. Had super family dinner here last night. Great mix of local dishes with some burgers and steaks also. Cheerful engaged staff took time to explain any queries we had. Excellent wine list. Most customers were Spanish/Catalan with a lot of regulars judging by interactions with staff....always a good sign. We booked 48 hours in advance and on the night it was fully booked from 8pm on. Visited on recommendation from our hotel. The service was excellent. The waiter greeted us warmly and offered menus in several languages including Spanish, French, Italian, and English. He spoke to us in English. He smiled and was playful with the children. We asked for his recommendation of seafood and really enjoyed the mixed seafood and grilled fish. Food was well cooked and seasoned and we absolutely enjoyed everything. The prices were excellent value, can't stress that enough. Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves. Can't wait to return one more time during this holiday!

Last summer I passed by Pineda de Mar and was lucky enough to come across Restaurant Diagonal. The seafood paella was amazing and I recommend it to everyone who dines there. On top of the amazing food the staff were fantastic, very hospitable and kind. Definitely a must when visiting Pineda de Mar.
