Reviews on Seafood food in Pesaro, Province of Pesaro and Urbino, Italy. Pesaro (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpeːzaro] ( listen)) is a town and comune in the Italian region of the Marche, capital of the Pesaro e Urbino province, on the Adriatic. According to the 2011 census, its population was 95,011, making it the second most populous city in the Marche, after Ancona. It is also known as "City of Music" thanks to the bond with Gioacchino Rossini, the famous composer born in Pesaro. For this reason, in 2015, the Italian Government officially candidate Pesaro as "Creative City" in the group of World Heritage Sites of UNESCO.

I always return to this restaurant which has kept over the years under the same management its high quality. Its pizzas are excellent (although I only tried a few out of 100 that they advertise), but the pastas are always excellent and so is the meat, especially veal. It is advisable to book for lunch and dinner: it is close to Teatro Rossini so it is very popular with Rossini Festival audience.

After my first visit 4 years ago the meal at this restaurant went straight to the top of my all time best meals. Set in the beautiful hills just north of Pesaro this is an outstanding restaurant and a credit the people who run it and work in it.I was worried about returning in case it had lost it touch. Well 4 years later and it's still the best.We opted for the seafood taster menu including wine with each course. The food, flavours, Wine and Service are all as good as it gets. Then the bill. I'm not sure how it's possible to achieve all of the above for such an amazing price especially compared to other great restaurants around the world. I would expect to pay double anywhere else. This is without question my favourite restaurant. A true foodie experience.

My boyfriend, who's a regular, is always raving about the sushi. I work in a sushi restaurant in France and grew up eating them so I know sushi and maki really well. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the food. I thought they were very well prepared and we were served pretty quickly. Not to mention that it's a very cool, young, but still intimate place to eat amongst friends, family or with a significant other. Can't wait to go back !

Rustic-marine restaurant, with panoramic terrace located in a medieval village overlooking the sea. Romantic atmosphere. Also suitable for families. Fish traditional cuisine. More than 50 years of family management.
Despite the rain and lightning, so we couldn t enjoy the view on the terrace, we had a wonderful evening. Coming here with 3 kids and a small dog.Service very good efficient and friendly. We started with a curry veloute of the house. Than the primi, our son had the caprese (actually an antipasti). Creamy mozzarella, good pomodoro salt and basilico. 2 raviolis ricotta tomatoe, 1 tortiglioni seafood and ravioli ricotta limon and gamberi. All accompanied by a basket with bread. Than the spigola sea bass from the oven with potatoes tomato and olives. Great! Spaghetti with clams, lovely too, tuna steak. All very well prepared. With the tuna , we missed some vegetables. Furthermore; all recommendable. Wine was a frizzante. Perhaps not the best with these dishes but such a great wine. I will buy it if i can find it in a shop! Than 3 desserts, not so special, and coffee. Water and some softdrinks; we paid â¬156. Will absolutely go back.Ricordo la serata della vostra visita. Un tempo davvero terribile!! Sono felice che abbiate apprezzato la nostra cucina. Terremo conto dei suggerimenti contenuti nella vostra dettagliata recensione. A presto!!

There has been a proliferation of Japanese restaurants in the surroundings of Pesaro. Though, this is probably the first one... and the original. The food is very good, with a nice and affordable list: it can be also expensive, but you can anyway eat well without being robbed.Though, but the restaurant is very very tiny, especially in winter, when there aren't tables outside. This means it is almost compulsory to reserve a table.Negative aspect: if you're not used to eat with chopsticks, forget it. There's no alternative.

L'angolo di Mario, Ristorante -pizzeria, chiude per il periodo invernale 20/10/2019 fino a primavera 2020. Grazie e arrivederci a fine Marzo 2020
I have lived by the beach and am a bit sceptical regarding quality and value of places located this close to the beach.Happily this place was very good. We had no reservation and whilst it was getting busy we were able to secure a table for 5. As you would hope seafood was the main theme of the menu and all the food we had was simple but very well done. They also do great pizzas.I thought it was terrific value (6 Euro for a pizza I though we were robbing them) and the service was attentive and relaxed. Well worth a visit. Thank you very much and don't worry, in Pesaro the price for a Margherita is 6 euro....even less.See you you soon,Massimiliano
