The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We decided to dine at the bar, we enjoyed watching the chef and his cooks prepare the meals. The aroma from their preparations was enticing. We had the oysters and crab cakes for appetizers, they were fresh and very good. We also had the Chaufa Fried Rice and Macadamia Snapper, both were delicious. Cant wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

We don't have any Peruvian restaurants where I live, so it was a treat to find this place while on vacation. Our server was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time, but he wasn't hovering. I wanted to try every single cocktail on their pisco menu. We had a traditional pisco sour and a passion fruit pisco sour, and they were both delicious. My spouse had the mixed grill surf and turf, and I had the mixed seafood ceviche. Both were so tasty! It was nice to get away from the tourist restaurants and find some good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Rooftop Ocean View Restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is now open serving daily breakfast and dinner. Top of The Spray is an all American restaurant serving Steak and Seafood for Dinner. Come and enjoy an amazing meal with our outstanding service w
With mixed reviews, my husband and I decided to try Top of the Spray anyway as it was close to our condo and seemed worth a try. The views were not lovely for sunset. The sun sets on the opposite side of the roof top restaurant. We ate outside and you view a dirt parking area before the trees and then the ocean. The other views are the interior views of the very outdated older development. To begin the evening, my husband ordered a Cabernet and the waitress brought out a white wine. He told her, and she acted like she did not know the difference. Bread was promised but never came. For a Saturday evening, people came and filled up the roof top. With only two waitresses, service suffered and one group got up and left. The bigger problem for me was that I ordered the almond encrusted grouper as the waitress told us this was very popular. It was limp, tasteless and mainly crusted filler, and I am not a general complainer at all. There were three very thin limp overcooked asparagus spears and an OK baked potato. My husband ordered the beef medallions and they were tender and fine--the only reason I gave this place a two star. We waited and waited for our check, and our waitress never returned. We finally complained that we wanted to leave to the other waitress, and she eventually got our check to us. This meal was not the way we wanted to end our vacation.Dear GuestThank you for visiting us at Top of The Spray Restaurant. We are a rooftop ocean view restaurant, which faces the ocean. Unfortunately, we don't get sunset, only sunrise when we serve our beautiful breakfast every morning. However, weather permitting, you get a beautiful glow of sunset from the west over the ocean, which is breathtaking. We are an older building but the restaurant has been fully renovated. You can sit anywhere in the restaurant and still have an ocean view. Our seafood is brought fresh daily along with our vegetables. We get a lot of compliments on one of our signature dishes, Almond Encrusted Grouper. We are glad your husband enjoyed the medallions, which is also one of our famous dishes. We are glad that the other staff stepped in and got your check and hopefully you enjoyed the rest of the vacation. Thank you.

...........good wine in plastic glasses?!!? Stuffed grouper was amazing as was the Macadamia Crusted Grouper. Service was also excellent, not too fast, friendly but not OTT as some servers are.It was such a shame that a good bottle of wine was spoilt by the single use plastic cup otherwise my review would certainly have been a five star.I couldnât see the justification for the no glass policy, it wasnât as if the beach was nearby and people had bare feet. Had a glass been dropped it would have been the same as if it had been inside the restaurant. A clear up would have been required and those present at the table would be required to exercise caution during the clear up.We wonât return again during this vacation as there are many other restaurants in the vicinity.

We were there for breakfast this morning, about 9:30.The restaurant is brightly decorated and really clean, though we stood for a while waiting for to be seated. There only looked to be two staff working, which didn't seem enough for the number of tables. It's not staff's fault of they haven't got enough of them, however, when one of them dropped some toast on the floor and it lay there while they both walked past it for 15minutes is entirely their fault. When I paid the waitress asked me if I wanted change, then brought me not quite all of the change I was due! Food was good, but they need more staff who are better at it.

Open atmosphere on the beach. Indoor/outdoor seating. Great food & happy hour specials. Live entertainment Thursday-Sunday. Join us for some awesome food & drinks! We look forward to seeing you.
We ate here on a busy Saturday night. Live music was being played and the atmosphere was lively. Service was good, our server was friendly and above all efficient. Our wait times were perfectly acceptable despite the restaurant being very busy.I choose the fish tacos with rice and peas whilst my OH chose the Blackened Grouper. When they arrived the tacos were very disappointing in their presentation on the plate. No taco stand was used and they were just overlapping one another on the plate with a spoonful of rice and peas placed alongside. They appeared to be very soggy and sad on the plate. The Grouper was better with a good sized piece of fish. The accompaniments looked as if they had been thrown on the plate. The flavours of both dishes wasnât in question but more attention to detail was required. The live band did one really good set of Dire Straits numbers but other than that were fairly average.Maybe it would have been better on a mid-week night.

Really enjoyed this place and managed to get my favourite chicken wings. Great atmosphere and decor. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and was able to chat with us as it was less busy when we went.

I went there for dinner. Those in my party who ordered seafood thoroughly enjoyed their meals. As I recall they thought the crab crusted grouper was delicious. I on the other hand was disappointed in my order. I ordered veggies that were on the menu but they were problematic. They had charred carrots on the menu, which I ordered. They brought me 4 baby carrots that appeared to have been peeled and steamed. I sent them back and they came back so burned that I could only eat 1.5 of them. I ordered the charred brussel sprouts, which were also on the menu. The waitress explained that they were brussel leaves, which was fine with me. They were actually quite tasty but VERY sparse; maybe the equivalent of 2 brussel sprouts, if that. I also ordered some kind of eggplant dish, which was tasty though it might have been tastier had it been warm. I also ordered broccolini, which I thought I ordered charred. It wasn't charred and after the carrot situation I decided to leave well enough alone. And this cost 19.00. sigh...

Located in the Palm Beach Shores Resort on Singer Island, The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar offers delicious food, live entertainment, a poolside tiki bar, and true island hospitality.
We were in on a busy, rainy night and were sat outside under an semi where we were ignored until I found a manager who then served us herself all evening. Food was OK, reasonable portions and prices though my plate was taken away and I was offered dessert before my wife had even finished.
