Very friendly staff and willing to please. Extremely knowledgeable of the menu. Everything is cooked a large minute and homemade pasta. The homemade spaghetti with langoust was awesome, very tasty.The local flavours are a real pleasure and you get the care in the dishes served.The white wine offered with the meal was really very refreshing nice taste and full of aroma. After taste very pleasant. This should be on your list when visiting Ancona

We started with an excellent pizza, and continued with a fish dish.It was well prepared, with local fresh fish.The wine was good, and the chef himself greets clients towards the end of the evening. The atmosphere is very friendly, the young and smiling waiters and waitresses are very efficient.I would improve the coffee.

A nice surprise, just outside Ancona nord motorway exit. Ideal for an excellent dinner, served with a smile and accompanied by a good selection of local wines.Fish and meat are offered to the tired and hungry traveller or to people visiting Ancona.Close to the airport it is a good way to start your stay.Good blend of tradition and modern taste, with good portions and excellent presentation.

Went back to Mezzo Baiocco twice in one week, and both times had a great experience.Stylish traditional building in the middle of little known Campocavallo, with manicured gardens and warm interiors. Casual but refined. The first time we had a mixed grilled meat platter, cremini, and other side dishes. All cooked perfectly, matched with nice wine.The second time we had antipasti and pizzas with some friends. Didn't disappoint.And the desserts are also nice, in particular worthy of a mention the warm pistachio tart with dark chocolate and chili icecream.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times now and I have never had a meal which I could classify as less than excellent. I love the fact that this is like a hidden treasure, a typical gastronomia front of shop and then you explore a bit further and find a wonderfully understated and thoughtfully decorated jewel of a restaurant. There is a happy atmosphere and the food is served with passion. You will struggle to find a better restaurant than this locally especially at this price.

We went to this restaurant because it was not far away from the highway. What a find ! Very kind service by the lady who owned the place. We had some of the best homemade gnocchi in years ! Followed by by some fresh grilled tunna ! Just go and taste the food there !

This was a pre-nuptial family dinner for 24. The cook prepared a several course meal (I lost count after 5 and copious amounts of wine)..). The theme was fish and crustaceans and dishes ranged from anti pasto, primary and secondary platters, home baked bread, desert, etc. etc. Each dish topped the previous, everything cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Cena a base di tartufo bianco, iniziamo con uovo,fonduta di formaggio e tartufo con sfoglia di pane abbrustolito sul fondo,che dire....da far invidia al grande Cracco...ed ho detto tutto! Proseguiamo con tagliolini al tartufo bianco che ad Acqualagna e dintorni dovrebbero venire ad imparare come si preparano! Infine entrecôte,su richiesta,anchâessa al tartufo bianco...grazie Chef. Concludiamo con 2 ottimi dolci fatti in casa. Che dire...tutto ottimo,dalla qualità della materia prima alla mano dello Chef ed alla cortesia dei suoi collaboratori. P.S. : una cosa personale, vista lâetà e il tempo a disposizione, mi piacerebbe .che oltre alla domenica, si potesse usufruire delle capacità dello Chef, anche in altre giornate a pranzo.
