Pleasant environment, great seafood dishes, everything fresh, great tasting and reasonably priced. Now the downside: very hot inside and the AC was either turned off or not working (not clear). Also, slow service: anything beyond the appetizers will take some time... all in all, a good experience.

Very good pizza in atmosphere from the 80's. the antipasto with pittole ( fried stuff) was a bit too greasy.

We have been advised by our guest house to go there and we have been really pleased that they gave us this name. The staff is really welcome, all young, and some of them are speaking decent English. We asked, when we reserved to be seated outside and the terrasse is really nice. The menu is all in Italian but the staff is here to help. We have asked for the mix starter and I really recommend to take it. Then, we some eggplant & pasta and all was very good. The wine was also perfect. Price was soft. If you go there, you will leave the place with a large smile on your face.

We arrived here on the word of locals and were not disappointed. The staff were most helpful in meeting requests and we followed their suggestions. While not extraordinary, the food was very well-prepared, the house wine was good. The bill for the evening was most reasonable.

Went for Sunday lunch with local friends from Sannicola who know the owner and his family. The food was excellent, the wine from the owner's family's winery went great with the food. The large garden with palm trees is lovely. These guys are trying to rivisitate the excellent Salento cuisine in a modern key. Excellent result I must say. We tried pizza gallipolina that was fantastic and well presented. Then we had space for a couple of appetizers (cozze and tartare of prawns) both very good. Tried a local wine, a white 14 degrees. Paid a very fair price. We had dinner with some friends. The chef suggested a variety of dishes and wines, so we followed his advice. Nothing was a better choice: the food was outstandingly good, dishes we never tasted before. Local wines, a pleasure to enjoy! Danilo, the chef, was presenting the menu himself: this is a dinner to remember!!
