We ate with friends this week, taking advantage of the Sizzle 2019 menu which offered a choice of three appetizers, three entrees and two desserts for the low price of $36.95 ... and bottles of wine were half off! Not bad at all. The food was excellent, beginning with hot-from-the-oven rolls that were served as a starter -- one part white, one part wheat, one part rye. All of us had the steak entree and the blueberry tart for dessert, and agreed the food quality and presentation were excellent. I'd give "Catch" five stars but for one problem and it is a big one -- the most uncomfortable chairs imaginable. They are small, sized for children rather than for adults, with hard wooden backs and seats that, after a half hour, became so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to leave. I'm a normal size adult male -- 180, 6 ft. -- and the chairs reminded me of the seats I endured back in elementary school. If management would invest in decent chairs, I'd go back. But until they do -- nope. My back is killing me as I write this (and I don't have back trouble!). I can't understand how management can put so much care into the food and service but has no regard for guests' comfort.Good Day,Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Catch of the Pelican. We are delighted to know you enjoyed the appetizers, entrees and deserts as part of the sizzle week promotion! We do sincerely apologize about the chairs and your discomfort during your meal. Please know, we highly appreciate your feedback and new chairs is something we are looking int for future opportunities. We hope to welcome you back to our restaurant in the near future!

Restaurant came highly recommended. One member of our party wanted lobster - check. I am vegan. We called to make sure they could accommodate. Were assured they could...but massive disconnect with reality. The waiter didn't seem to have a good command on the vegan options. I ended up with a block of tofu. Wasn't impressed. Won't be back.

Captain & Krewe serves up superb fresh seafood, prepared classically, in a relaxed and casual environment. Come as you are and enjoy a meal that rivals any fine dining restaurant. We also have a variety of beer, wine and non-seafood options available.
This small casual restaurant/fish market is not to be missed. We split an entree and ordered two sides and an appetizer plus a desert and all were wonderful. This was the best meal during our SW Florida trip. We selected Hog Fish from the display case since it was recommended by our server and this was a new type of fish for us so we wanted to try it. The fish was perfectly grilled and delicious. I would definitely order again. The crab cake appetizer was full of crab and just the right (small) amount of filler - best I have had outside of Legal Seafoods in the Northeast. I really enjoyed the wilted spinach side - it was still slightly crisp and not wilted mush. The Key Lime pie was the best of all the Key Lime pie tried during our trip. I highly recommend all the items we ordered. Service was very good - we followed her recommendations and were very pleased! This restaurant is now on "Must Return List" the next time I am in the area.

Best Peruvian restaurant in Naples.
This was our first visit. The food is fresh and tasty with an appealing presentation. The interior dining area is relatively small. but it was not an inconvenience the day we visited. The waiter was amiable and attentive. We had questions regarding the order and he gave a great description with excellent recommendations. We had the Ceviche Mixto and Tacu-tacu, which were both great choices depending on your taste-mood when you dine here. For appetizers we really liked the parmesan scallops. Chunks of warms scallops in a half-shell covered with melted parmesan cheese. I am familiar with alfajores as a dessert, but more with the Argentine version and not the Peruvian. The Alfajores at La Cuisine are a little different than I am used to, but still great. Two sugar cookies with dulce de leche in between and powdered sugar on top. There is some melted chocolate on the side if you want to dip a bite.I wrote a review of a different Peruvian restaurant - Lima Restaurant and Pisco Bar - after our first visit. I said it was the best restaurant in Naples. The second visit was not as great an experience, but still good. We will have to visit both the Lima and La Cuisine restaurants again to firm up our opinions of them both. But as of today I feel like La Cuisine is overall on par with the Lima Restaurant of Naples.

Went with a large group to celebrate a birthday and what a treat! The appetizers were delicious, the soup they bring out complimentary was delicious and all of our meals were delicious. I particularly liked the tenderloin. The dinners are large portions, so don't over-order! The service was very friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu.
