Four of us dined at the Puerto Grill at the beginning of February on the recommendation of friends. The restaurant is a small, family run establishment and booking ahead is a good idea. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and as fish is their speciality we decided on fish main courses, all of which turned out to be very good. We came away feeling that this restaurant offers good cooking, good value and friendly, personal attention.

The lager is 2euros for a 0.5L, the staff are great, served by Liam most of the time. We ate here on the last day as we had a late pick up and had to check out of the hotel by 11am. The food was very good and plentiful and a reasonable price.

Had lunch here yesterday and have to rave about it. I had the seafood soup with mussels, fish and prawns in it, while husband had sardines. We both really enjoyed. Good value and great fresh fish. Julia is one of the good, old restaurants in Arguineguin, and that alone is a proof of quality where many resturants «comes and goes». Service is and friendly, and the food very good, especially their seafood. My favorite is «Mejillones de la Casa».And the view speaks for itself.

We came straight of the beach late evening for a bite to eat. There was 9 of us and the waiter who greeted us was very friendly and accommodating, swiftly moving tables and chairs to comfortably seat us all. Drinks orders were taken quickly and were reasonably priced. Good range of dishes on the menu, again reasonably priced. I had an amazing Caprese salad, filling and fresh. My husband took advantage of the half roast chicken & chips for â¬5.50. Others ordered mainly salads and pizza. The reason for only giving a 3 is due to the pizzas being slightly over cooked (ok burnt around the edges) and the chicken being dry. The waiter told us the chicken was dry as it was cooked for the daytime special menu so was cooked much earlier in the day. Perhaps this wouldâve been nice to know before ordering. All staff were friendly and the setting is beautiful. Would definitely visit for a salad again.

Very nice place, open from 15 years typical Italian food and wine, home made ravioli, gnocchi, tagliatelle, fresh beef and nice fish... The atmosphere is fantastic with funny waiter and fantastic chef.... Just try and you will come back again.

Well we where eating there now twice and therefore i can recomend this place.Welcoming staff , professionel advice about todays special and good chairs to sitt in.The food was eccelent and delicate tasted.No fuss around you all the time and sofisticated service, good winelist too.The prices are as now all over PdM. Up a bit but considert the quality of the place ok.I truly recomend this italian restaurant.

Had a day at the beach and my husband popped here for takeaway pizzas to bring back to us on the beach.Fab service, quick and efficient to make and he was back on the beach in no time and the pizzas were delicious. Next time we do PDM weâll go and eat in at night and soak up the beautiful views.....

We had two meals here over the week, both were excellent, as was the wine recommendations, we had fish dishes and meat dishes, both very tasty, sweets were also excellent, on the second visit we hadnât booked and the restaurant was full, so we wouldnât be disappointed the matreâd set up a table for us on the key, which was very kind of him, I would highly recommend Basilâs Bistro if you are in Puerto MorgaÅ

We enjoyed fresh seafood at lunchtime including garlic prawns and a wonderful paella. Opted for the lobster paella but there wasnât much lobster - seafood was great though .Freshly caught fish including red snapper can be selected from the fridge display. There are a lot of options in this area but we found the food here to be of a higher quality than most .thank you very much all our fish and seafood is fresh and you can choose your piece yourself in our shop window

A firm favourite whenever I visit the island. This occassion proved to be the best meal of this holiday. Outstanding service as always and the food was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. I cannot recommend this lovely harbour side restaurant enough. Well worth the drive or bus trip and Puerto de Mogan is also a beautiful place to visit for the day. I cannot wait to return.
