Having been recommended to visit, we took the advice. Oh dear, big mistake. Food consisted of a sickly tomato rice cauldron, enough for 6 people and a tepid ancient whole fish chopped into a huge head, tail fin and a tiny piece of middle section not enough for a small child let alone 2 hungry adults. A disaster. Only saving grace was the kindly staff who acknowledged the poor meal and only charged us for the wine. Maybe we visited on a bad day but it was awful.

What a great find! You go in, pick your seafood and you are charged by weight. The Spanish equivalent of a fish and chip shop. It makes dining so ridiculously cheap. There are huge plates with different fried food, calamari, prawns, whitebait and so on. The plonk it all on a metal plate and chuck on some fried whole peppers and a chunk of lemon. You are also given the option of purchasing bread. You then find your table (the plastic patio kind) and dine. You have to help yourself to cutlery and napkins are on the table. There is a bar and you purchase drinks (alcohol& soft drinks) as well as ice cream.Thankfully it is mainly Spanish families that eat here and in summer it gets packed on an evening.Be aware this is not fine dining but the food is fabulous

We thought we'd try here, as they were advertising oysters, and to be honest thought it would be of a high standard due to being a yacht club...couldn't of been so wrong, the service was cold and not Spanish ...think Russian...oysters were milky and not prepared to standard, salmon fishcakes were slushy and took 3/4 hour to arrive...we paid an extortionate price...we expected that in a way..but we expected excellent service...those people shouldn't be working in restaurents...and they need a good chef! and new waiters...poor...will never ever return!

Chose this restaurant based on Trip Adviser reviews and my three friends all thanked me for my efforts! I went for the previous rec of goat leg and that was wonderful, as was the baby hake starter, she bass and rice dishes.Extra plus was the bread pudding - nothing like I was expecting as a Lancatrian bread and butter pudding fan, but this cinnamon tasting treat was certainly a nice finale to a excellent repast.Only thing that we could not understand - why were the bottles of Merlot served so cold?

It was our wedding anniversary and we just wanted a nice steak. This was the perfect place. Me, my wife and our daughter each had a fillet steak. Perfectly cooked, we like our steaks medium rare, but we have learned from past experience that medium in Spain is rare enough. I asked for a nice wine to accompany the steak and was recommended the most amazing wine. Overall lovely food, wonderful staff and a really perfect evening. Thank you

Had an excellent meal, the four of us had T bone steak, cooked to perfection. Waiter was very attentive and when he didn't quite understand what we wanted, he went to get another member of staff who did. Three of us had carrot cake which was very moist and tasty, and the 4th person in our party had the egg custard, which we were told was delicious. Lovely view sat out on the balcony. We will be returning on our last night's stay.

Went again to Venezuela restaurant that never disappoints on quality of food. As it was only lunch I decided on some âmariscosâ, and Seafood soup. I was however surprise receiving the bill, since I found the price of the Mariscos platter too high priced. I had four shrimp/Prawns, and two small crayfish, and the price was 49 euros. I will be back, but do not dear order without knowing the price for the plate.
