Whenever you are on your way from Venice to Milan, or any of the other cities in between, you surely should stop in Lavagno for a meal in this restaurant. It is very popular with the locals for quality dishes, a great choice and perfect execution.Service is swift, efficient and friendly.Great for pizze and pasta dishes.

A wide terrace, overlooking the hills of Mezzane land. Downstairs, the original structure of the wine cellar where are restored the best wines of different vintages. The dining rooms furnished in rustic style, but with understated elegance, suitable for b
Good restaurant in Mezzane di Sotto. When you arrive they offer you an aperitivo in the impressive winecellar. Very good pastas and secondi. Of course extensive winelist with very reasonable prices.

We were there for lunch with small kid, so did not enjoy such a nice and quite place with delicious and quite innovative cousine. Portions were quite big for such a type of restaurant. I had a great asparagus soup with ham and schrmps, which suprisingly went very good together, nice. We took quite basic soave wine and tasted very good, so we decided to visit this winery - marco masconi. It was great day. Restaurant is in a park, must be fabulous in summer time.

This is the best restaurant near to the Best Western in San Martino. It does a good range of standard Italian food, and an enormous list of pizza choices.
Evening meal here when passing through. I picked the restaurant from other Tripadvisor reviews. I have to say the food is exceptional. The restaurant seems to be run by grandmother, mother and daughter team. The daughter served the tables and mother and grandmother cooked .Food locally sourced and their red wine was fantastical. They seem to take a great pride in the sourcing and preparation of their food and it's reflected in the excellent meals. The waitresses English was much better than my Itaian and in the end I just went with her recommendations. Each course was superb. Highly recommended and excellent value 40 Euros all in with wine Dear Bazjk,Thank you for your review and for the praise of our kitchen. We thank you for your visit to our restaurant and we can not tell you: we are waiting for you again!B.R.Maria Rosa & Stefano

The location of the Trattoria Dai Tomasi is inauspicious, between the A4 Venice-Milan motorway and the main road to Verona in a very ordinary built-up area. However, when you enter the restaurant you are in the domain of Conrad, the owner, who believes in La Dolce Vita and lives it. It is authentic, warm and honest, and locals love the place and keep it busy. Conrad speaks no English, but the waiter does, and is very helpful. The menu isn't large but focuses on local dishes. Beware of the English translation, which is hilarious at times - 'polypo' translates as Polyp salad instead of octopus with fried potato salad. The wine list is reasonably priced and Conrad is very proud of it - lots of local wines and I recommend the Lambruscos, some of which are truly luscious.Trust what they recommend - they know what they are talking about, and are very generous people, if you give them the chance. There are other trattoria not very far away in more attractive surroundings, but the locals eat here because they trust it and the food is the real deal.

This restaurant was a real surprise. We stayed in town for a business trip to the wine fair Vinitaly and ending up here was coincidence - but exceeded all expectations. Superb wine list. Great food. Nice and friendly service. It seemed this restaurant catered mainly for locals, at least it was not obvious adverted for tourists.I liked the 'family charme'. Thank you very much!

Personale gentile.
