More relaxed and less busy that Wonderland (over the road). Well worth a visit as the food is freshly cooked to order and is really tasty. Had a marvellous Red Snapper and, on another occasion, dolly fish - recommend both. Vegetable side dishes were lovely - particularly the fried beansprouts! Reasonable prices!

Portions were good and price was low. But overall the 4 dishes we ordered were too spicy to let us enjoy the taste, even when my son specifically asked for as little spice as possible. Not as good as Wonderland which we visited the next day
After a few days hawker food we decided to take the dinner in this Chinese restaurant. I just back from dining at this place and the below was the general assessment. Taste 3/5Selection on menu 3/5Service 4/5Price 4/5Ambience 2/5 (hawker stalls here)Cleanliness 2/5I have been to the nearby Yong Leong Restaurant last night. While it's not fair to compare this to the latter because of different kitchen staffing, cooking level, facilities and the 15% general higher prices, the latter would remain my preferred choice compared to this one.

We serve delicious seafood cuisine at a reasonable price! Fresh seafood! Straight outta sea!
We having the dinner here when we first reach Langkawi at night, nice sunset viewing angle with windy environment for dinner. Although it take a bit long hour for serving the food, but it is delicious and worth for waiting, especially the fried sotong. Will definitely visit if we re-visit Langkawi in coming future.

I dined here after shopping at nearby Mall. I was apprehensive in the beginning as there were not many reviews of this place. The visit turned to be positive one. The taste was above expectation, service was quick, cleanliness and prices were reasonable. The highlight of this place was the seafood. Maybe it got to do with the season, the prawns and fish were fresh and tender. The signature tofu was great.Overall would not hesitate to come back.

This is a Chinese Teochew Seafood Restaurant with very reasonable pricing. The seafoods are fresh and yummy. We like the food so much that we visited again on the next day. There are many tables for seating but there could be quite a crowd during dinner time. They have quite a few specialty dishes. We liked the Fried Garlic Roast Pork and Stir-fried Bean Curd Sticks. There are a number of type of drinks, such as various Chinese Tea, Barley, Herbal drink, Honey Lemon, Ginger Tea and soft drinks, available too.

We were told to go and we are happy we did! Nice food served with a smile and some humor! We tried the broiled grouper, lemon garlic and it was fantastic :)Also some squids (butter something, awesome batter.. I am usually not a fan of fried stuff!) and some mantis shrimp that were verrrry tasty!I will definitively go back soon :D

Came highly recommended as Kuah's top seafood place. Arrived as it opened for the evening to avoid the crowds. Ordered the chilli crabs, steamed large prawns and several local vegetables. The chilli crabs and the prawns were delicious. The crabs were cooked to perfection in a well balanced sweet garlicky tradional chilli sauce. The large fresh prawns were streamed correctly with slivers of ginger in Cantonese style. (My preference over the pan fried dark soy sauce version)All finger licking tasty and such good value too. Crabs and some seafood are subject to market prices. The restaurant is now managed by the next generation but with family elders still very much involved.A well deserved commendations.Good food list ticked.
