Reviews on Seafood food in Koh Tao, Surat Thani Province, Thailand. Drifting serenely in the Gulf of Thailand, the palm-fringed island of Ko Tao takes its name from the abundant sea turtles that reside on its shores. White sand beaches sheltered by steep hills – some only accessible with four-wheel drive vehicles – and 300 days of sun per year invite long afternoons of lounging.

Thai Food restaurant in Koh Tao Fresh Fish & Squid from Koh Tao sea There are many local fish. Have many duck menu.
Ok... I have only been on the island for one day but I think I lucked out last night and found the cheapest beer on the Island. Large cold Chang for only 70 Bhat! The savings on three beer paid for my Pad Thai which I have to say was pretty good as well! The place is not so busy yet as it is fairly new and across the street from the side most people walk on but I think it will only get busier. Nice layout with sturdy chairs and tables.. Free self serve water which means you walk to the cooler. Fairly diverse menu mainly featuring Thai dishes. I was there early so the mosquitpes were out. They started a mosquito coil and placed it beside my table to help out. Had a good talk with Mr Nice about the restaurant and his family. He offered to let me come each day and use their wi-fi if the signal at the resort i am staying at was not strong.. 9 not required). All in all a nice pleasant evening with good food and cheap beer !Thank you for giving us a chance. And hope that next time we can serve you again next time.

Over 13 years of experience of sushi making & unique environment you have to experience.Delivering available.
High-quality sushi and great service from Munchies! I'm vegetarian, and they actually have a selection of creative veggie rolls as opposed to just one "de-facto" option! The staff is very open to letting me make substitutes as well (sorry for being "that" person!) The pastas are to die for as well - somehow their avocado pasta is so light but flavourful, it's perfect for a hot day when you need a good meal but without the heaviness you usually get from a pasta dish. Delivery is spot-on as well - food arrives quickly (or if there will be any delay, they're really honest about how long it will take so you can have a snack if you're really peckish - not the standard "15 minutes" that turns into an hour typical around Tao.) Great work guys, keep it up! (And add more veggie Western dishes!)

To be fully frank, we were the only ones there mid-afternoon on a Saturday. This prime seating looking over the beach, excellent service and a great afternoon. This place is cool, has a distinct modern beach style. Had the seafood choo chee curry and green curry - both really decent, especially with the choo cheeâs impressive seafood. Drinks were delish, but more pricey than some of the other backpackers places along the strip but decent place all-round.

We ate here on our second night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the open air upstairs restaurant. The service was excellent, the cocktails amazing and the food was spectacular. Wonderful choice and beautifully presented. Would definitely return on our next trip.

Without directions from our villa, we wouldn't have known or found out about this place. It literally sits on the rooftop of a building that looks like, or is in the process of being torn down. Just one inconspicuous sign at the "driveway" suggests there may be a restaurant, but even when seeing the sign and arriving at the building, one wouldn't expect it's actually open. This place serves fresh fish and seafood, like really fresh from local fisherman and the food is delicious. Combined with a gorgeous view over the bay, definitely recommended to visit.

Located in the centre of Sairee Beach, Barracuda is a laid back and stylish dining alternative. Specialising in a large selection of seafood and Thai style fusion dishes. Within our extensive menu you are bound to find something to suit all tastes. After
Been to this place twice now with 10+ people, both times every person orft happy. The happy hour cocktails are quick, the vegan cheese board is fantastic for any meat free diners, and the service is friendly and prompt. They take reservations as well, and have a lovely ocean/sunset view from the 2nd floor dining area.

After reading the reviews we thought this place would be mins blowing. One of the dishes we ordered was calamari bbq. It looked liked it was steamed as there was no grill marks and the inside was still slimy (undercooked) we asked them to cook it some more and Iâm not sure they understood because it came back almost the same. The seafood red curry was ok but nothing special. I wish we would have tried the fish Instead.
