This Japanese restaurant is located on the coast line of the Sea of Japan. Fresh snow crab is served only during the fishing season. Steamed, boiled, raw and prepared in many different ways it was absolutely the best snow crab I experienced ever.

Had the grilled fish with sashimi set for 3100yen. Real good, even ordered another grilled fish. Wife had sashimi crab bowl which was amazing too for 2500yen. Small restaurant with only a few seats, no smokers inside. They have an English menu

Came here for lunch and ordered sushi set with rice, soup and pickles, fish was fresh and sweet, excellent. I tried yakitori as well, meat was well marinated with great smoky flavour. Chef and helper are friendly and warm. Gave us a special tea that taste salty to help with digestion after finishing the sashimi set.Highly recommended in Yamanaka.
