First time here, and I came with high expectations. And, Misto's delivered on all counts. Great ambiance.........despite the fact that it is in a small strip center on Del Prado, once inside, you transported to big city dining. The service was prompt, efficient, friendly. She came back often to check on our meal, and was not overbearing. And, the food was absolutely terrific. Be aware that portions are big. Hindsight is 20/20. We over-ordered, but were happily stuffed at night's end.The warm from the oven bread is dangerously good. Four different types of rolls, cheese, garlic, onion, served with a garlic spread and an olive tapenade. Delicious. We started with the caprese, and the mussels. As, I said, very large portions. Between the bread and the appetizers, we were almost stuffed. The mussels are plump and juicy, and the sauce I could have finished with a straw. We had the veal parmesan and the veal Misto for our mains. Both were excellent. the Veal Misto is pou nded thin, and wrapped with mozzarella cheese, pesto, and peppers, coated in panko and deep fried. Served with gnocchi and broccoli rabe, it was wonderful. We waddled out without room for dessert, which were offered on a tray, and all looked irresistible............but, we did indeed resist. Another time perhaps.Lots of other choices on the menu. Misto means mixed, and the chef shows off his Argentinian/Italian background. Good choices of meats and seafood, along with the various pasta offerings.Price is quite modest for the quality of food and the decor and service. Appetizers were $10-12 and main dishes were $20-24.Looking forward to our next visit already.

A few lines to introduce myself. My name is Al Whelan, I am from Boston and worked at a famous "waterfront dive" known as Kelly's Landing. A seafood business in a Catholic community with lines down the street, literally. I worked there for five summers an
I also canât understand why anyone would eat in this restaurant. We went with a party of 5 last Sunday. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The place is filthy. Crumbs all over the place and on the dirty cloth seats. They service was terrible. The food barely passable. 3 of us felt sick the next day. Iâm SOO sorry for spoiling you and your friends visit. Ordinarily if I have to take a nite off IMake sure Iâm covered or I will close for the evening. I canât turn the clock back but I can make up for your past BAD visit. Come back and have 5 dinners at half price. Let me know when you can make it and Iâll be sure to be there. Al 239-851-9141 ( My cell)Over our 32+ years, Iâve had some ups&downs. If I could wait and cook for everyone Iâd be in the top 5 ,,,,,, times and attitudes have changed. I can only blame myself for your unpleasant visit. Hope you will let me make it up to you. TY

This review is mostly for ourselves so we remember what we like the best; keeping in mind everything we have had is awesome. The sauteed soft shell crab is amazing and HUGE! The crab stuffed shrimp was loved by both my wife and son. The parm sea bass was good but I would get something different next time. My son and I love both the clam chowder and shrimp bisque but we will defer to the clam chowder next time as we liked that better. The Caesar was good but may be too much food for us next time. Service is excellent!

We have passed this place many times in our way to other eateries but tonight we checked it out. They had an 18 dollar special going on with about 15 entrees that were legit. I ordered off the menu and got chicken parm. It was the real deal. Comes w choice of soup or salad. I got the crab bisque which was outstanding. The other three diners all the the pistachio trout. All loved it. Our server was Cindy and she was terrific. All in all very good place and we will return. Thank you so much for finally stopping in. The $18 menu is for our 22nd anniversary and will continue until October 22nd. We are so glad that you enjoyed your meal, along with your three guests. The majority of our entrees come with bread and oil, a choice of soup or salad, and one side. You can always request Cindy as your server when you return. See you soon!

My wife and I come here 23 times each month. It has the most diverse seafood menu at a consistently high quality and at the most reasonable price, served by a courteous and caring wait staff. I can't imagine a better clam chowder. Atmosphere is clean and pleasant but small and noisy. Waiting is outside but there are also a few eating tables outside. First come first served....don't hesitate.

We had 11 invited to celebrate our anniversary. We asked for a table near the waterfall and couldnât be happier with the location. We felt like we had our own private space. Everyone ordered some type of beef dinner and all agreed the food was delicious. Service was excellent. My husband and I have been to Connorâs a number of times and we are always pleased. I highly recommend this restaurant.Thank you. It was our pleasure to serve your group's anniversary celebration, and thanks for dining at Connors Steak & Seafood.

Get ready because this is one of the best restaurants in Fort Myers! 1st we were greeted with a warm welcome by Betty who seated us, then TJ- who was so hardworking greeted us with water, oil and bread and Courtney was our waiter. Both Courtney and TJ was very polite, professional and nice. The bread and olive oil was delicious. We ordered crab cakes for appetizers and the steak was great-the best I have ever tasted. This is one of those restaurants where I feel like everything on the menu is good!! We both enjoyed our dinner on a very special night.I love the fact that Courtney's is a family-run restaurant - Courtney was our waiter, his father Dale is the chef, and his mother Betty greets each customer. you can tell the food is cooked with care, love, and consist of good quality ingredients. My husband even left his glasses at the restaurant and Betty was so kind to drop it off at the hotel for us. I love local owned businesses and this restaurant is on the top of my list. Thanks to Betty, TJ, Courtney and Dale for making out visit from NJ to Sanibel Island a GREAT ONE on our 19th Anniversary!!

2 of us had the Lobster and Corn Chowder and I can easily say itâs in my top three favorite soups ever. Iâd go in weekly just for that. Another had Mikeâs Chowder and he loved his too. We also had cod fish and chips, clam cakes and coleslaw. Our entire meal was perfect, start to finish. Our server, Sam, took her time with us and patiently answered our many questions before we ordered.
