I had lunch at HandMade with some friends today. The restaurant is nicely decorated and furnished, staff is friendly and welcoming.Dishes were delicious, well prepared with high quality ingredients. Menus, we've been told, change weekly according to market availabilty. Desserts are also all home made and all delicious. This place clearly stands out from the usual seaside restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our dinner and meeting Chef Giorgio. We asked Giorgio to choose a menu for us and he served fresh seafood dishes prepared to perfection! He also carefully crafted a menu for a vegetarian in our group. Chef Giorgio takes great pride in his restaurant and serves his patrons with great care.

The dishes have been again and again refined, combining strong quality ingredients, selecting the useful ones, only and arranging them in a fashionable manner for enjoying the sight. The services is flawless (as you expect from restaurant of this kind). The waiter explain to you all the preparation and the story of each dish he brings to you.The location is cool and refined like the food: not too common (just in front to sea or river), not too austere (just at top floor of a boatyard). Every detail about forniture was selected carefully.

We selected Verace based on a good TripAdvisor rating, plus an offer of 20% off with a reservation via TheFork here on TA. The tuna tartar starter was very good, followed by a seafood risotto â risotto was too salty. The fish course recommended by the waiter was very small and extremely salty, it didnât have any sides. At the end I ordered tiramisu, which came in a very small jar. This jar contained only sabayon and a small, very dry piece of ladyfinger. I just noticed: lately there are many reviews from accounts with just 1-2 reviews, something I usually pay attention to. Not planning to return.

The Scorpacciata offers a simple and genuine dining, oriented mainly to the flavors of the sea, preferring the formula of the tasting menu at a fixed price. This allows us to combine quality and quantity while keeping a price affordable and accessible to
So much great food and a great price! Fish is fresh and the tapas is so good and filling! Gnocchetti is fantastic!

I found this place after looking for a restaurant near my B&B. The Tripadvisor reviews that I read were confirmed by my meal. This family operated restaurant met all of my expectations. The quantity and the quality of the food were excellent. The rombo baked with potatoes was spectacular dish. I could not have asked for a fresher fish. The service was an added attraction to this place. When in Fiumicino, I will definitely return here.

After having experienced wonderful food at tipico restaurants in Umbria, Emilia-Romagna, Bologna and Firenze for our 2 plus week trip, I booked this restaurant (and hotel) for our final night. After observing the fresh seafood arriving as we checked in we had a wonderful 10 course (110 Euro) seafood and fish based meal with a lovely bottle of wine (reasonable choices in the 35-40 Euro range). This is a chef who know what he is doing. There is a 5 course menu which also offers a great tasting opportunity for those not prepared for a 3 hour extravaganza. Very nice and polished service.

At Fiumicino, Via dei Dioscuri 77, a few steps from the Lungomare della Salute, there is the Restaurant Villa San Giorgio. For those who want to eat in a quiet and reserved, well-groomed, but that puts you at ease, for those who appreciate the true value
The ambiance and atmosphere here is absolutely gorgeous! It overlooks the part of the ocean known as the Tyrrhenian Sea. The food was completely on point and delicious. We had a wonderful red key aunty half bottle of wine, split a fried calamari appetizer that was the best version we have ever had and each had a risotto dish. We completed the evening with their tiramisu which was phenomenal and very moist. While the food was remarkable, the atmosphere and ambience right by the water was so quaint and definitely well liked by the locals.

This is simply the freshest grilled seafood you could find anywhere â and only about a mile away from airport. We had an assortment of grilled calamari, scampi, clams and mussels â and a pasta with mussels and clams in a white sauce. Make sure to save room for homemade lemon and coconut sorbet served in their shells. This is the kind of place where everyone comes out of the kitchen to say hi. Simply the warmest hospitality. This is a meal not to be missed â what a lovely surprise to have such a great meal before enduring a transatlantic flight!
