Myself and husband went here once on our holiday in Tobago and would 100% recommend it. if your looking for the ultimate Burger then go here. We ordered drinks and food, took our drink outside to the balcony while waiting on our food. The balcony is right on the main street and we got to see a couple of trucks going up and down the road in preparation for Carnival.I couldn't believe how nice our burgers were, both of us didn't speak to each other until we were finished eating. Good grub,,,,good price. The girls running the bar are also very helpful and toilets were very clean.

Reservations and Pre-ordering is necessary if all the menu options are required. For customers who choose to walk in without reservations, then a limited number of options will be available. Honeys Restaurant is open from 5 pm to 11 pm every day except Su
We found Honeys on Trip Advisor, and although it is a bit off the beaten tourist track, it is well worth finding! The owners, Cyrus and Nancy, are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent - as well as being the most reasonably priced restaurant that we visited on Tobago. As well as the regular menu, they also offer a range of 'platters' which are big enough for 2 people, and having tried the Pork Platter on our first visit, we can confirm that they certainly are! We enjoyed Honeys so much that we returned for a second visit and tried the shrimp in creamy garlic sauce and the pork ribs - again, both were excellent.Nancy also makes a very fine rum punch amongst a splendid range of cocktails!Recommended..Thank you Pepper [and Mark] for your review. We were very happy to have you at Honeys. As for the pricing we try very hard to keep prices reasonable while at the same time maintain a high quality product. Hope to see you on your next visit to Tobago.

We had 2 surf and turfs , garlic shrimp and calamari to start and 2 gin and tonics $858Quite expensive for location but food quality was good. Not as great as some of the reviews though given the price. The steak was tender not chewy. The decor was very dated but the main chef took your order and made the food to your liking.Would return there despite the loud blaring music from the locals competing with each other...

I’ve been buying from Miss Trim’s for umpteen years! I don’t buy from them exclusively but I do buy meals more from Miss Trim’s than any of the other food outlets at Store Bay food court. Reason being that they offer a large variety of dishes from Pelau and Roti to the usual Curry Crab & Dumplings. But what I love here is that you can mix and match your main meats and sides as you wish, which some places don’t let you do. They also don’t stick with the same offerings everyday so you might get pigeon peas as a side one day, pink beans the next and lentils the day after that, which makes for some nice and different meal concoctions. I also like thin dumplings and they do them just right here! But the one thing they absolutely do best is curry conch (Lambie)! This is one of the few places in the Caribbean where their conch melts in your mouth and you almost don’t need to chew it at all! Outside of the Bahamas and Antigua, Tobago is one of the few places that you can get really tasty conch and somehow Miss Trim’s has the perfect recipe (or tenderising method or cooking secret) to make mouth-watering, soft and delicious curry conch! We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Tobago to head to Miss Trim’s for conch!

We visited this restaurant 2 times during the week we were in Tobago. We’ve been to Tobago 3 times and only discovered this place this time. It’s a little hidden gem! It’s not easy to find. It’s located past Tropikist, down the road in Store Bay Hotel. It’s a short reasonable walk from Johnson Apartments and Crown Point. Between my husband and I we’ve tried all 3 varieties of the lobster. The caribe and the one with the béchamel were delicious. The garlic butter was good too. Our daughter ordered the butterflied shrimp one night and the other lemon garlic butter. Both were good. Our son the picky eater had a customized meal of fries and house made chicken breast chicken strips. All meals come with an option of rice, fries or a baked potato as well as a side salad. The lobster dinners are only 200 TT and the shrimp 95TT. This is by far the cheapest and best quality lobster dinner you’ll have in & around Crown/Pigeon Point.

My family and I celebrated a special anniversary dinner at this restaurant! We had a great experience, from the complimentary specialty cheese and olive oil from Italy to the tasty dinner and yummy dessert! We tried 3 different desserts and all were excellent and home made! The owner was very personable and created a warm, inviting atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoy having dinner at this authentic Italian restaurant on our visits to Tobago!

We visited Makara twice during our holiday and had fantastic meals on both occasions. Highlights were the Goats cheese and beetroot salad, the crab dumplings, the blackened Mahi Mahi and the Red Snapper. The owner was very friendly, and the staff were charming, especially Naomi, who looked after us on both visits. If we return to Tobago, we will be back!

We travelled to Tobago for the first time in September and visited Bago’s bar everyday of our 2 week holiday! From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome! Shirley was so friendly and kind along with her husband Bob. The atmosphere was always fabulous and we played some great games and met lots of lovely people. It is a perfect spot to go for a swim and wonderful to watch the sunset! The drinks were always perfect and Dominic the chef cooked us a beautiful dinner candlelit close to the ocean. It was delicious. We had so much fun with Shirley and Bob and cannot thank them enough for making our holiday one of the best to date. We enjoyed our stay that much in Tobago that we are returning in 37 days!! If you are in Tobago you must stop by Bago’s
Where to eat Caribbean food in Crown Point: The Best Restaurants and Bars

This is a lovely little restaurant overlooking the water. We ate here for dinner and watched a couple of local fishermen in their boats while the sun set over the Caribbean Sea. It was beautiful and picturesque. When you come here everyone recommends the lobster - for good reason. The lobster is amazing! It’s freshly grilled in a light butter sauce and cooked to perfection. I had a mid sized lobster which is heaps for one person. For starters my husband had the garlic bread and I ordered the prawn cocktail. Rather than baguettes, the garlic bread is several toasted buns lathered with garlic butter. They were very tasty. The prawn cocktail is also slightly unconventional as it’s coleslaw topped with pan fried shrimp in a lovely sauce. My husband loved these. For main, my husband had fish and chips. The fish is fried in a coating of seasoned breadcrumbs rather than a traditional wet batter. We also had a serve of wedges which was a substantial portion and very tasty. For dessert I finished off with a coconut ice cream which was made by the owners auntie. It was delicious!Service is great and the lovely owner who is originally from Shepherd’s Bush, London is both personable and very welcoming. The restaurant itself is tiny, with rustic charm and only has four or five tables.Overall it was well priced with the total bill coming to around 500 TTD (@ £60) which is amazing value for two starters, two mains including a good sized lobster and dessert. There are several things worth noting when you eat here:1. The restaurant only opens if someone books a day in advance. We weren’t aware of this and tried to eat there two days running before we finally worked it out.2. The restaurant does not serve alcohol so if you would like an alcoholic drink with your meal you can bring your own. A small shop across the street sells wine, beer and spirits if needed but does not have a wide selection and is only open until about 5pm.3. The restaurant is open air and so there are lots of mosquitoes. The lovely owner lights lots of mosquito coils/ candles and has mosquito repellent if you need it - but forewarned is forearmed.4. This is a cash only restaurant so please make sure you bring enough local currency as cards are not accepted.Overall I thought this restaurant was one of the highlights of our visit to Tobago. Not only does it have a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea but it has some of the best (if not the best) lobster that i’ve tasted. Definitely worth a visit!

Have been going here for reviews. Have recently invested money and improved the ambience inside. Add mist sprays which are amazing in the hot weather! New chef is very good and food was excellent. Lovely friendly staff too. Beautiful setting on the beach. Great choice of cocktails too.
