Went to this place twice while staying nearby at San Ruffino. The food was excellent and the service was attentive and prompt! Had the lamb and it was very well prepared among many other dishes enjoyed by the entire family! Highly recommended!Thank you so much! Come back soon, you will always be welcome

Monte Carlo is a beautiful tuscan village with a number of lovely places to eat. This place is particularly lovely as offers gluten free options and caters for vegetarians. Really peaceful lunch time location with amazing views. Food was served promptly but once again kept waiting for one family member to be served their food sometime after everyone else which is why we give it four stars. Definitely worth a visit and great to get off the tourist trail.

We had an excellent meal with friends. The fish was delicious and the green apple sorbet was to die for! The staff couldn't have been more charming.

To "Pizzeria Rosticceria la Brusta" you will find the traditional cuisine of Tuscany, you can enjoy pizzas, seafood or meat to take away or to be consumed directly in local, business lunches, dinners, birthdays, celebrations. Reservations recommended.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident and man what a treat ! The first day we came we had pizza which was just amazing, the house red wine fantastic and the price super cheap. After that we decided to go two more times in one week just because the taste of the food stuck with us. I think it is a family run restaurant and it had a very chill and casual vibe. They didn't speak much English but we communicated with hands and it was a treat in itself! The food was so great we took some home to have it on the plane back home the next day. I don't leave reviews often but this place deserves it ! It was cheap yet the food was of great quality, people were kind and the vibe felt very homely. Highly recommending it !

Italian Restaurant with big private garden.
There can't be another first impression! And this first impression was great! Service on the highest level! Good choice of food and wine. Excellent in all ways. I was invited to try their famous tartar with 7 sauses. It was more than worth to have it. And steak Fiorentina, just delicious!!! No comments about wine! it's just superb!

Went into Cascina for our anniversary dinner, but was unable to find the restaurant we were looking for. I noticed Il Gozzo when we first entered the square and decided to try it. How pleased we were that we did!. It is an Italian restaurant and to say that we are limited in the language is an understatement, but with the help of the owner we were able to partly understand the menu. We were seated in the rear of the restaurant which enabled us to watch the chefs as they prepared the dishes. The attention to detail, flavour combinations and ambiance are excellent. It is a fish restaurant and the wine list is predominately white. Special mention to the young waitress for her patience and understanding on our lack of spoken Italian on the Wednesday Evening, to the waitress on Friday Evening who guided us and explained each dish in detail and to the owner who is such a brilliant host. If you are ever in the area do try this restaurant it is exceptional.Thank you!!

Great place run by Sardinian guys. Prices are affordable, but the quality is well above expectations! Service is very good as well. Recommend ravioli with mushroom sauce, also seafood soup; the size of prawns is the biggest ever saw! Came once and returned during the same trip again (2 families travelling together decided unanimously) - was worth it.Grazie per la bella recensione, speriamo di rivedervi presto , tanti saluti

Not many customers on that weekday for lunch. Nice welcome and kind and efficient service. The waiter helped to translate the menu. We opted for a seafood platter and pasta with black truffle as starters, followed by pigeon and osso bucco as second dishes. Everything was excellent. Reasonable portions.Excellent deserts. Cost for two with two glasses of wine, coffee: 130EUR.

I had lunch with some friends last weekend at La Dea Partenope. Th restaurant is placed greatly for people travelling in Tuscany, especially for those going to the Pisa Airport. We had gnocchi alla Sorrentina, spaghetti walnuts, black olives, aglio, olio e peperoncino and tagliolini with shrimps. As a second dish we had polpo and friarelli. As a dessert we got pastiera. All the food was great the only problem is that there was only a waiter to attend all the customers (and there were 5/6 tables of 4 people each) so it took some time to have lunch, but the food was great and the price was not too expensive either. Great place!
