The menu at the Artisan Beach House provides a variety of delicious options from land to sea. Come relax at our oceanfront restaurant and enjoy the views while experiencing one of signature cocktails.
We reserved to eat and celebrate at this restaurant for New Year's eve. We paid the tickets and couldn't make it because of a horrible personal issue. We contacted the administration in advance to cancel. They understood our issue and agreed by email to refund us which we appreciated greatly. It is now July and we still have not received any refund. We gave our credit card and private information through email and never got any reply afterwards. Where did our info go? Since then, they never returned our calls, emails, messages or anything else. They even cancelled their email address so that our emails wouldn't go through. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. It's very suprising it came from such a well-known institution: The Ritz. We sent douzains of correspondences and they dont even bother to reply to any. NEVER EVER buy tickets to go to their event, they are scam artists and frauds. If anybody from the management team reads this, please kindly contact us back so we can finally settle this issue.

Located in sunny isles. They have other locations in Miami. Easy parking. Decor is simple, but sufficient. We tried several dishes, but the arroz caldoso was very good. Is like a paella, but more juicy. Service is good. Wine selection is mostly from Portugal (good or bad??)Localizado en Sunny Isles.

This is not the classic elegant restaurant that you can aspect in Miami, it's a simple place with 10/15 tables, but...Waiters are very nice and kindly personFood, we've eaten mostly sushi, was really, really good, both classic sushi as huramaki ebiten, both the "signature" rolls, where it's possible to try something different.

Fresh seafood Latin Fusion style in Miami Beach. I'm Nelson, a Cuban-American bred in New York and Miami, and I work the front of the house. My wife, Mayneth, from Venezuela, leads the cooking crew in our kitchen; she is better known as Fifi. Please be ou
I read on google and trip advisor that this restaurant had good food and service. Although the servers were nice they seemed inexperienced. The food was absolutely terrible, for the price I was extremely disappointed as it was not a cheap meal. Thank you for your review , We are sorry that we did not met your expectations and we hope that you visit us again to hopefully fix what wasn't a good experience.

Be alert! Their website is totally misleading. It states $4 for a glass of house wine, $5 for an appetizer (i.e. Jumbo shrimp cocktail) during happy hour "weekdays until 6PM" and $12.49 for the RL Signature creamy lobster Afredo ("lunch/entrées"). Strangely, we paid respectively $6, $9.99 and $25.99 plus tax and tip on january 22nd during their alledged "happy hour". A real scam. We reported this immediately to Red Lobster but so far they failed to respond let alone refund so you'd better not believe their misleading website and ads. I used to like this company, not anymore... Quite disgusting how they take their "valued customers" for complete idiots. No wonder the place was almost empty. Good luck to them.Hi, EtdP. We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your meal at our Miami restaurant and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. Would you be able to give us a call at 800-562-7837; MondayâFriday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET so that we may learn more about your experience?

Le Sirenuse Miami brings all the genuine Mediterranean flavors, dolce vita style and old-school service traditions associated with its home base of Positano, Italy to a gloriously restored 1930s Miami landmark on the shores of Surfside. In this palm-fring
We visited Le Sirenuse three times. On the first evening after a long flight we went on the terrasse following the recommendation that it is the same menue as in the restaurant. We found exactly what we looked for. The staff was friendly and the drinks came fast and the order was taken. Appetizer were ok and soon after I got my burger. My wife did not get her pasta together with my plate. Unusual but can happen. I expected that it will come in a minute or two. I am not a fast eater and as I finished my burger the pasta came finally. Must have been 15 minutes or so. No comments from the waiter about the delay. For that price level an absolutey faux pas from the kitchen side. The waiter we had at the beginning never showed up. Someone else brought us the bill. On the second evening we had a reservation in the italian restaurant Le Sirenuse. We were 10 minutes late and the lady informed us, that our table was given to someone else. I saw empty tables at the entrance but late is late (I am Swiss!). We were asked to wait at the bar. The chef de service or what ever his function was came along and informed us, that it takes 10 minutes to have a table for us. Well.... after 30 minutes just before I would have asked we got our table. It was the one I saw before empty. Strange. The food is excellente. Tbe service very friendly but not very well trained regarding food presentation as we are used to like in other restaurants of similar hotels (Anantara, Chedi). Just as an example: the gloche is not only used to keep food warm.Third visit was for breakfast. Sitting in the bar area is not very comfortable. The restaurant would be better, but not available for breakfast even the buffet was in the restaurant area.45 usd per person and the cappucino was not included and of course self service at the buffet. At the end we had to pay 120 usd for 2. Far off what you get as service, environment and content. Therefore we rate Le Sireneuse with only 3 points despite the good food quality. Dear Teaage,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your dining experiences at Le Sirenuse. We are apologetic to hear that you did not have an authentic Four Seasons experience during your stay. We are always striving to provide the best service and quality for our guests and we are sorry to hear that this wasn't the case. I would love to have the opportunity to discuss this with you further. Please feel free to contact me at [email protected] should you wish. Sincerely,Koji AkaboshiHotel Manager

The pizza is what I've always had while visiting Gol and have always been more then satisfied. This last visit with 5 friends decided to have the lasagna. Not only did Roberto forget to put the order in I had to flag him down since he had not come back to the table since taking the order and my friends were already half way done with their food. No acknowledgement of his mistake which made eating the dry lasagna even worse.Dear Chilrish, First of all let me apologize again for the mistake, that night was very busy and the chef didnât call for your lasagna, when you wave at me we sent the dish right away. You didnât like the lasagna? I pass by your table at list 4 times asking if everything was ok, why you didnât tell me? I could have changed your dish or just waived it from your bill One last thing: you said that you came several times st Gol and you were always satisfied, why you are writing now giving us 3 stars and you never wrote before a better review? As we respect our customer our customer should be fair and not writing only a complain but even a good review, for us is very importantI hope to serve you again to restore your confiance to Gol Best regards Roberto Paresce Manager and Owner @ Gol Italian Restaurant

Authentic Peruvian cuisine
If you don't like this restaurant then you don't know good food. The chef is a wizard and this place is amazing -- his last restaurant Adriana was also amazing. I hope this restaurant is open forever but I think they closed for the summer recently and hopefully they are open again this winter and forever.

Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill, Miami's favorite waterfront grill, is ideally situated on the island of North Bay Village, off of 79th Street Causeway in the heart of Biscayne Bay between Miami and Miami beach. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
We stayed at the Best Western Hotel for 6 night and had breakfast and dinners at Shuckers several times. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio, having some appetizers and some drinks. The last evening, we had a full dinner. Kale and spinach salad, mussels and the deep fried red snapper. For dessert we had the key lime pie. Key lime pie was way too sweet. I suggest to cut the sugar content in half. The red snapper was awesome, nicely cooked and served with fresh vegetables on a bed of rice.
