We visited numerous times, for our evening meal and during the day when visiting the beach. It has wonderful views, a very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.Greek night was very busy, you can book a table, but we managed to get a table in the balcony overlooking the dancing.Definitely worth a visit.

We visited for lunch and were blown away with the quality of everything. The setting is perfect overlooking the sea and the decor is what you would hope to see in Santorini with everything blue and white. Before are lunch was served we were given incredibly fresh bread with an olive tapenade which was delicious. The food itself was the best we had on the island. Everything perfectly cooked and presented. to the side of the restaurant in their garden there are sunbeds which are free to use with the sea a few steps away when you need to cool down. Highly recommended.

We came here for Greek night this year, we had such a fun time, the food was delicious and there was so much of it. The meat was so tender and could not fault it. We had a dance and we all loved it!

The restaurant is located in a quiet part of Laganas. Local products great service at good prices .
We went there everyday during our holiday in Laganas, Zakynthos. The owner was very friendly and very helpful with all kinds of information regarding the food but also the surroundings, no matter how busy he was.I tried different kinds of seafood (octopus, grilled fish, calamari, tzatziki, etc.(, everything tastes great and was very fresh. I also appreciated the salads, everything was tasty and you could see that all the vegetables were fresh cut.I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good food and a hospitable owner. Next year I will visit laganas again and eat at the corner every day :)

We always visit this restaurant a few times every time we visit Alykes. Greeted at the entrance by the pleasant and friendly Vlad who always has time for a chat. It is set just off the beach, lovely views of the sea over to Kephalonia. A comprehensive menu, the lamb flambe is always a popular choice, my favourite is spaghetti in the oven. Pleasant staff.

Ate here twice during our stay, it was recommended, what a great choice. The restaurant is very pleasantly decorated, a sort of nautical theme, and beautifully clean.First visit I had the sea bass, cooked to perfection, my partner had cod and chips, delicious.Second time around I tried the Prawn Souvlaki, it sounded different, I was not expecting what I was served. The dish comprised of two pita bread, folded and filled with breaded prawns and salad (rather like a doner kebab,) sweet chilli mayonnaise, with chips on the side, it was fantastic! It was so filling and tasted amazing, I thoroughly recommend it.That aside, the staff are friendly, especially the young lady at the entrance, attentive without being intrusive. Try and get one of the tables at the beach end of the restaurant, lovely to sit and watch the sun set over the sea and enjoy the food.

Carpe Diem is an all day and night restaurant located on the main strip of Laganas. Guests have the chance to taste Mediterranean and Vegetarian dishes as well as coffees and a large variety of cocktails.
Food was very good couldnât fault it, but the waiters didnât know anything about wine, the mythos was flat!, sent it back no apology or no offer of a replacement, no one came to ask if you wanted anymore drinks or a dessert, not the service we were expecting.
