Within the Georgian mansion of Duff House, you will find our traditional Tea Room. Offering soup, sandwiches and cream tea, our waiting staff would be delighted to welcome you. We have an array of specialty teas and coffees along-side a selection of cakes
We visited this splendid house after walking along the Deveron river. After having a look around the gift shop, we decided to have lunch at the Tea Room. A cosy ambience, clean and tidy throughout. Friendly staff. Impressive toilets too.Our light lunch was enjoyable. Soup and sandwiches. A fine lunch.

Country house hotel & restaurant serving lunch & dinner daily in our dining room with beautiful views of the countryside, and comfy lounge bar with open fire. Specialising in freshly cooked local produce.
Very quite the night we were there. Online menu varies hugely from the menu presented to us. What we did have was very tasty, but a little on the expensive side for the portion size. I had the southern fried chicken, the chicken was the small tenders, while my friend had larger breast meat ( well it looked like that anyway. Smallest container of coleslaw ever.Service was good,Thank you for your review. As the menu changes quite often, the online menu is a sample. (Unfortunately some of us are techno-twits so can't update the online menu.) Apologies for that. And please feel free to ask for more coleslaw ...

The Spotty Bag Shop has undergone a massive refurbishment over the past year, and Bridgeview Restaurant is the final stage of that development. It will offer customers a full menu, with everything from breakfast to panini, homemade burgers to roast dinner
The spotty bag restaurant serves basic food at a reasonable price. We had a sausage sandwich and a latte. It is always well organised, with quick, friendly service.

This place strikes me as a pub trying too hard to be a Restaraunt. The decor would be more suited to an 80's Disco - there is black with glitter everywhere. The cutlery was already laid out on the table but nothing matched - different sized knife and fork in one place setting. The menu was sadly lacking for Vegetarian dishes and was uninspiring. I ended up ordering the only dish suitable which was good old Macaroni Cheese. It came with chips and Garlic bread - no side salad or vegetables - talk about Carbohydrate overload!!! The cheese sauce in the Macaroni Cheese was powdery indicating that the base of the sauce hadn't been cooked long enough but I was hungry so I ate it. The chips seemed to be frozen, chunky oven chips. Overall was disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to my friends.Thank you for your kind review

Went here for lunch time sandwiches twice this week and they were lovely. Called in at 5pm tonight for an evening meal. The place was absolutely empty but were told all the tables were booked. They could offer us a table but only for an hour as they needed that table for someone else. Very disappointed with this. Some places do not deserve to have walk in customHi .I am so sorry you were treated so badly last night at The Galley .Could you please email [email protected] with your phone number so I can give you a call .My Sincere Apologies again .Mandy

As a frequent customer here I am happy to say that I cannot fault any dish I have eaten or the service with which it is presented. It is of very good quality and fairly priced and the owners are very nice and friendly people and as are the other staff. I totally recommend this cafe to everyone..

Would have stayed here, but it looked awful on google streetview. Fortunately it has been considerably updated since then and looks much better. As it was, we only ate here. To be honest town has seen better days, but this place is like a modern oasis, really smart and up to date with good food.

A family friendly wee café which thrives on folks enjoying what we serve! We look forward to seeing you all!
On a return trip from Aberdeen the weather was so beautiful we had a detour to the coast. We found this gem of a cafe thanks to Trip Advisor . Located overlooking the harbour it looks welcoming and modern . The staff were very welcoming and gave us time to look at the menu and extensive specials board. I chose a bacon Brie and onion marmalade panini, which had lots of cheese! My wife had the quiche from the specials board , which came with salad and chips . Both meals were well presented and good size portions . The choice of cakes was too tempting so we opted for take away white chocolate sponge cake and a rhubarb and custard cake. Which we enjoyed later at home . The cafe was busy and staff kept us informed when our food would be ready they were all very friendly and asked where people were from , showing an interest in their customers. We certainly would return here again breakfast , coffee , lunch certainly for the cakes !!Thank you very much for taking the time to write such s lovely review. We are delighted you enjoyed your visit and look forward to seeing you on your next trip to the coast.
