A really good temple. Although it's in a very narrow lane. So it is advisable to leave ur vehicle outside the lane somewhere if travelling by ur own car.

I visited here after 10 years at the month of May. Lot of things have been changed here. Hisotrical temple and its located on the highway. There is small river also on the back side of temple. Only 1-2 hour from Dharamshala. Everything was available there. No issue regarding parking. Only 2-3 minutes walking distance from parking to Temple. After prey to Maa we visited Baijnath. A couple of friends visited this place last year. Laxmi Narayan Temple is the largest and oldest temple in Chamba. Laxmi Narayan Temple has been built in Shikhara style. There is a group of six stone Sikhara temples. The three Sikhara temples are dedicated to Vishnu and other three are dedicated to Shiva. The six Shikhara style temple is famous for its finely executed classical forms. Image of Lord Vishnu was made of rare marble imported from Vindhyachal Mountains. The king sacrificed eight of his sons to get the marble for Lakshmi Narayan Temple. The king eldest son Yugkara succeeded to fetch the marble. King was attacked by the robbers but with the help of a saint the king managed to save himself. Great effort of king the idol of the Lord could be made.

You can reach this temple after going through lovely green areas of hills. In this place Pandavas are supposed to have spent their time of their remaining incognito. The legendary view is that by visiting this temple all your important wishes are fulfilled once you go there with full devotion. Amolak Rattan Kohli Former Governor of Mizoram

This Jain temple is located on the old Kangra Fort.. Need to climb some 50-75 odd steps.. Climb is not difficult.. Fort is maintained well. In the fort is this Jain Teerth, small temple with idol of Shree Adinath Bhagwan claimed to be 5000 yrs old...Got an opportunity to do seva puja of the idol. Place is very good, calm, spiritual and must visit..

In maa Simsa Temple Daroh Couple worship Maa Simsa and burn "Jyoti of Til oil" for the blessings of Maa Simsa to have a child! The ancestors say that if a Couple comes with a pure heart to the temple of Maa Simsa daroh and burn jyoti nd worship maa simsa then he or she has a dream—dream about either fruits that indicates the blessing of a child. Strange but true if one hears countless accounts of couple bestowed with kids after this experience. The temple is full of devotees–some coming to seek benefits and some others to pay their gratitude. The faith of the people, crowding the temple from far and wide, speaks a lot about the power of the unknown that still make us wonder struck at the wonders of the nature.
