The monument is a complex structure: a block of gray Sandstone (base 3,0 x 4,2 m, height 3,6 m) is installed on a stone rounded platform (diameter 8 m, height up to 1,5 m) from large river boulders, on the upper and lateral (Western) faces of which inscriptions and images are applied.

The sanctuary with petroglyphs Maly koytas is located on the southern slope of the Toksanbay ridge, in the southern part of the Zhungar Alatau mountain system, on the opposite Bank of the Maly Usek river. Petroglyphs are placed on large and small boulders on the slope of the hill. The drawings are carved on stone slabs covered with patina of dark brown and dark gray color. Petroglyphs painted on the rocks appliances large and small dotted the silhouette of a knockout. Their total number is about 100 drawings.
