This is part of Eden hotel, on the third floor. Nice little bar, with some nice views. You can also eat here.
It was a bit busy when we wandered in. Eventually found a member of staff who told us to sit anywhere. There appeared to be 1 waitress for about 25 tables. Waited for 15 mins and nobody came with a menu, so left. The meal might eventually have been wonderful, but we wanted to eat while we were still young enough to enmjoy it.
We had two meals here. One was a very delicious pizza with some friends. Good prices and very good quality, made with wooden fire. The second time we ordered steak with baked potatoes and salad. Also cooked well and nicely organised.Recommended for a relaxing dinner/lunch.
This restaurant is close to Hotel Insula and provides a great alternative. Ask for the menu in English. They have a massive choice of dishes but be warned the portions are very big. The restaurant was very busy both times we were there but turnover is quick and you dont have to wait long for a table. The service was very quick and friendly for us, but we did visit later in the evening. Very good place

This restaurant is really a surprise for a small city like Tulcea where only few know what quality services in a place like that mean. So yes, I was really impressed with the politeness and way we were served, but also with the class of the waiters. They seem to have taken serious classes to be in this business so, bravo! The food was also excellent and there is nothing else I can add. One must really visit this place to understand.

Real fish from Danube Delta (freshwater and sea)! Authentic food. Appetizing recipes! Nice design. Warm service. Come and see!
We arrived about 8pm and had a pretty limited menu. The food was reasonably good, tasty but once again the wait staff were very grumpy looking. Is this normal for this part of Romania? Didnât find it anywhere else. Maybe itâs the pressure of being at the border with Ukraine!
