Good and not expensive food, nice kids' menu. The service is very welcoming, even though the staff don't speak good English, they do their best to set good communication and it works! Very pleasant atmosphere, I enjoyed 3 excellent dinners there with my kids and all were great!
Situat in Curtea de Arges, cu o suprafata de 1700 mp, Restaurantul Capra Neagra este cel mai vechi restaurant din Curtea de Arges si dispune de 2 saloane moderne + terasa de vara
Stopping here by chance but I was pleasantly impresa by the quality of the food, size of the meals and speed and quality of service. Pretty good place with decent prices. The only negative point was the quality of papanasi (dry)
Restaurant La Conac invites to enjoy a place who combine in a perfect match the elegance of an old historical mansion with the flavours of traditional food.
We appreciated the beauty of this old mansion.the menu is very large, and I came special for the sea food, but they did not have any more for some daysWe made our order for our group of 4 and it took more than one hour to get it, and the first finished his meal before the last received her order.I ordered stuffed pancakes with vegetables and chicken , it seemed not to be a good choice, the pancakes were not sufficiently done and the taste was beneath any level, I only consumed half of itMy partner ordered " ciorba de burta " , ( stomach - soupe ) , a Romanian speciality , famous all over the country and served in almost every restaurant, small portion without any tast!My friend order chicken with french fries, accepable , but nor originaly and on the level of a fast foodHis parter ordered spagheti carbonara , but received penne carbonaraIf you are looking for a nice seating, this certainly is the place to be, if you are looking for good food, stay away !
We lost track of where we were going, thinking we had missed R Parc. Then we saw the LIDL to look for lmd Palinca. Behind the store I saw a restaurant, got closer and it clicked! Restaurant Parc! I ventured in to check the menu - all cheap! Big cavernous dark place on a sunny day, a few tables outside with a few diners. Inside a few diners, mostly singles. Awfully distorted music playing on bad system by a dance floor. This place can accommodate big parties! We two took a table (for four) by a group of diners outside and were upwind of the smoke thankfully. The waiter was patient and attentive but lacked English so could not expand on the basic English translations of the extensive menu. Pity. Other people joined us on the terrace so the atmosphere was getting better. We chose various interesting looking starters and mains with sides. I insisted no bread as it would be too filling (it is presented and charged for normally) and we could concentrate on a wider Carey if cooked food. The waiter returned to say no potato croquets so we chose house potatoes. When the food came (we had to send back the bread as not required, little English as I said) it was piping hot! Sautéed mushrooms, chicken livers in sauce, chicken pancake, beetroot & horseradish salad (separate again) and great fried & spiced potatoes (almost roshti and much better than the picture!)We had a whole litre of dry (demisec, quite sweet as usual) white wine to wash it all down with (£2.50!!)The waiter missed out the mincemeat in cabbage and seemed unaware that I had ordered it, anyway we had enough in our plates! We are well. The garden view was basic but the sun shone and it was fresh air (unlike the dismal noisy inside, although the music hit more ambient and quieter later!) a nice babbling brook would have been great but you can't have everything. Maybe mosquitos appear later on in the summer and dusk as close to the lake.Overall the meal was one of the tastiest places we had ever been to and it was The Cheapest! We realised too late there was a lunchtime offer! Amazing!Ok it is behind LIDL and their air con came on intermittently! I think the restaurant predates LIDL and was probably knocked for six on its arrival.Tip: Toilet lights come on as you approach in the pitch black!I have submitted some collages of photos as I took a lot of the menu and the approach view.We had a look at the reservoir after and walked the muddy path way to the monastery complex a mile away to work off the food! See images!Enjoy!
We slept in new hotel Geostar only 20 metr from restaurant. Simply good grill. Many type of Czech German Romanien beer. Restaurant is near centre of city And supermarket on the mine city road.
Created along with chef Cristi Chiorascu, Bistro Subcarpati Menu is a warm invitation for the modern traveler to tasting pleasures. Ranging from Black Angus steaks to refreshing Italian dishes, going through traditional Romanian platters with vegetables,
This was such an surprise. Bistro is so beautiful and cozy with beautiful terrace too. And food is exceptional. We had a classic burger from Transylvanian beef and I was in heaven, and I must say I am not a burger fan. Also I had local beans soup - what to say, as soon as I came back home I have been searching for the recipe to taste it again. Bravo!

Went here in a group of 4, hungry and in mood for some Romanian food. The location (in the middle of the city) is nice, has a big terrace, decorated with taste and clean. The menu is pretty well variated and prices are fair. The background music had nothing to do with the style of the restaurant, but that was not the only minus.Service was ok. We had to âhuntâ the waiter to request more drinks and he never came to double check with us if everything is ok, but still...The minuses are coming regarding the food. All the dishes were good looking but: soups came almost cold. Average taste but cold. Main courses also cold (out of 4 only one was warm as it should be) and also dry and tasteless. Even some side effects of the food appeared after eating here...So wonât return here soon as after the dinner here we had to go and have some decent food somewhere else.

Restaurantul Domnesc invites you to indulge in traditional Romanian food and ancient customs atmosphere offered by combining the historic flair of the Casa Valsanescu monument with elements of daily modernism. The restaurant is situated in a picturesque l
We wanted to go to a better place in this town, so we were looking for a nice place. This terrace design restaurant is perfect and has a good location and the spirit to be good. The waitress was kind and helpful. We have asked some info about the menu, and the andwers we have got was partly different what we have received. This was not good but the food what we have received was good.
