We had to have a late lunch and they were open so we stopped in. Glad we did, very friendly staff and the calzones were great, highly recommended. We'll be back again, I can hardly wait to try the pizza next time.

We stopped here often this winter after attending the firewood auction in town. Regular DQ but the people are friendly and served us a five buck lunch before the advertised time quite often. We stopped several times because of the service.

I stop here every now and then when I drive through. Service is always fast and friendly. prices are about the same and competitors.

Been there a few times, staff is always friendly. Definitely a favorite local hangout, as the parking lot is always full when I drive past. Not sure I'd make it a regular place to visit, but its not bad at all.

We were here for a breakfast on a beautiful summer day. Good: beautiful view of the lake from the patio, nice patio with lots of flower baskets and a waterfall, friendly server, good food (we had the breakfast sandwich and eggs/bacon). Bad: the Bloody Mary, the owner waking up at 11 am and watering the flowers and customers, everyone on the patio smoking except us, the indoor "restaurant" resembling a cheap bar on the ocean from a third world country, the bathrooms, overall cleanliness. The ugly: the parking lot...it would be best to wear hiking boots!

Heads up if you are looking to save a buck...the Milaca Hardee's offers four specially priced meals on Thursday's only. What else can you say about Hardee's...burgers, fries, onion rings, chicken fingers and ice cream.

Dining area not very clean. Slow service. Uses too much MSG. Last time my chicken for General Tsos chicken was over cooked (hard and dried out) and the fried rice had been burned.

I eat here once or twice a month so I'm surprised that they know what I like without my having to tell them! The staff is very friendly and efficient. It gets busy at lunch time but they still get you through in short order. Great place for a quick sandwich or salad.

The pizza's are good. I experienced raw dough in the middle of my pizza (don't know why) they offer a new pizza and took off the bill. The Pizza Barn offers a good variety of foods and the price is reasonable. Clean, friendly and country décor.

This restaurant recently opened as El Loro. The remodel is well done reflecting a Mexican atmosphere. I'm glad they kept the large windows, with adjacent tables, providing a view into the kitchen prep area. We sat there in the previous restaurant (Racks) and it was interesting to watch the food prep during our meal.
We were immediately seated at a booth. Chips and salsa arrived promptly and our server appeared within a minute. During the 10 minutes we took to decide what to order, our waiter checked back 3 times. After we ordered (as always amazes me at Mexican restaurants) our food arrived within 2 minutes.
The chips and salsa were average. However, they were served with a white ranch sauce that was a nice change from the usual Mexican cuisine. I ordered a side of guacamole, which was absolutely delicious. Our 4 enchiladas were very tasty (beef, chicken, bean, cheese). They were temperature hot (not spicy) with just the right amount of sauce. My wife ordered a side of refried beans and they were very good.
I would definitely go back to El Loro's. I honestly think you could eat an evening meal there in less than 30 minutes, in and out the door. While the rush option seemed to be encouraged, they had no problem with us taking our time to enjoy a relaxing meal.
