Long fought over by warring empires, the city of Yerevan survived centuries of foreign occupation, finally becoming independent with the fall of the Soviet Union. This capital city, a center of Armenian culture, has celebrated its freedom with a flurry of construction and a growing population. Despite this push forward, history survives in Yerevan - The Institute of Ancient Manuscripts houses books dating back to the 9th century, and the ruins of the Erebuni Fortress, built in 782 BC, still stand.

The Club is an uncommon combination of gallery, restaurant, tea room and a wine cafe. It's neither snobbish nor exclusive. The real star here is the creative Armenian cuisine prepared with a French touch and served with truffle and paired wines.
Third time at The Club is a charm. First for drinks and second and third visits for dinner. The staff is pleasant, professional and accommodating. Food preparation and presentation is excellent. The beef tenderloin on the hot stone slab is perfect. Appetizers are incredible. I've visited Yerevan yearly over the past 17 years and always make it a point to visit The Club.

The cuisine of a region is part of its larger culture and an evidence of the preferences that evolve with time due to contacts and historical developments. Being a unique part of the national identity the cuisine also experiences different influences and cannot be restricted by the traditions of one culture or one nation. Probably this is why since Yerevan Pandok came into being we tried to combine the best traditions of Armenian and Caucasian cuisines in our restaurant. Many of the Caucasian dishes have been accepted by Armenians with time and have become an integral part of the Armenian menu. Since the very beginning our Mission was to offer our customers dishes that are palatable for our customer from both culinary and cultural perspective, but are also slightly different. This is, though, only part of our comprehensive approach. At Yerevan Pandok we use the highest quality fresh products supplied by our partner farmers and producers. We are extremely consistent in ensuring highest professionalism of and service by our serving staff.I would like to believe that thanks to this approach Pandok Yerevan has become the embodiment of delicious food and a pleasant environment for many of our customers. Quoting one of our customers, “We feel at home here, as this is a place with an easy environment where fresh and tasty food is always in supply”.
This was by far the best food we had during our visit. Prices are quite reasonable. Loved their fruit infused drinks. The place is authentic and had a good ambience. Definitely recommend.

In Vino is the first wine club, merchant and bar in Armenia. We love wine. We make wine in Armenia and in France. You'll enjoy your time at In Vino. We offer more than 800 wines from Armenia and all over the world. You can take away your bottle or drink it here by pairing it with our range of French, Italian, German, Greek, and Armenian cheeses, meats, olives, nuts and special desserts. In Vino's famous sandwiches are sold by centimeter. You tell us how many centimeters you are hungry for and we'll make your fresh ciabatta or baguette Sandwich right in front of you. You can enjoy it with a glass of wine or a freshly made espresso or tea. For us, wine is not just a beverage. It's a relationship with philosophy and history of the land where it was made.
The staff were very helpful in listening to what we liked and suggesting the wines to try. The cheese plate we ate while having a few glasses was as delicious as the wines we tried. The staff spoke very good English and the wine selection was extensive - both local and international varietals

Saw this type of food on a documentary about Yerevan. Searched TripAdvisor and this restaurant popped up. Incredibly fast, delicious, cheap and hot! This is the only food they serve. Each serving is two rolls. Comes up to about $2 Canadian. They also serve beer, wine and pop. The red wine is chilled - about $1 Canadian. Tables have some spices for you to make your own spice mix to dip the bread in.

when in Yerevan and craving for yummy Armenian dishes make sure to book a table at Anoush because spaces are limited. All the dishes we tried there are super but the exceptional ones are both the Armenian platter and the beef with Armenian brandy. The waiters are courteous and the deco is chic.

Cozy and warm wine lodge with authentic gastronomy.....
Delightful setting, albeit tucked away off the beaten track.
Very rich and filling food and a selection of Georgian breads to die for.
Friendly and helpful waitresses.
For locals this is expensive but for any tourists you will find it very reasonable.
Most certainly will be returning next time in Rivne.

Tapastan is a place where Armenian cuisine met Spanish tapas and got creative. Tapastan - it's Armenian cuisine in a unique for Armenia format. You can sample many Armenian dishes in one Seating, as a collection of small plates or as a single plate. Very affordable and paired with the largest selection of Armenian and international wines - we offer more than 800 wines. Tapastan also hosts photo Exhibitions and plays highly curated music.
Another restaurant on In Vino's street. It is next door to Martiros and is as unique with its one-of-a-kind Armenian take on Spanish tapas along with one of the best steaks in Yerevan - a whopping 700 grams of sirloin on a cast iron pan. Superbly done. Saryan street just keeps surprising. Tapastan offers all the wines from In Vino but they also have hard drinks. Can't remember the name of the dessert with brownie and ice cream but it was the best.
