Authentic and outstanding. The atmosphere is almost surreal with all the knick knacks and steins and dolls... the owners make a point of interacting with you most everytime. Just a real nice place to sit with family or friends and chat it up while eating some damn good food.

Our party of 4 arrived 20 minutes before closing, hoping to be able to get a meal after traveling all day. They said you order before closing, you can stay until you are done! Plenty of good BBQ food in each of our meals. I had BBQ chicken sandwich, others had the beef brisket, ribs, and Caesar salad. Paper towels on the table indicate the level of mess with the ribs. Absolute silence indicated the quality of the food. No rush getting us out the door. Worth the trip if you are near McGuire AFB.

Nothing to dislike, great staff, easy access and service is very quick. They seem to run out of particular donuts early, my favorite is the coffee roll, so arrive before 1000.

Rickenbacker's Café is located in the All American Inn on Joint Base MDL. They serve Starbuck's Coffee, Frappuccinos, Breakfast Sandwiches, Muffins, Scones, Bagels, Danish Pastries, Sandwiches, Soup and Salads. The quality of service is excellent. The right way to start the day.

After reading all the superlative reviews here, I made a point to drive a half hour just to have lunch here. It would have been worth driving an hour, as it turned out. Every aspect of my experience blew away.
I had the lamb and chicken kabob and chick peas. It also came with bread, salad, and rice. It was enough food to make two meals, plenty to take home for lunch the next day. The meat was transcendent, cooked to tender perfection and seasoned well. I was especially impressed with the way the chicken remained tender and juicy. The sauces that came with the meal were also a wonderful addition.
In brief, I was highly impressed with the food here. I've gone to other Kebob places and was disappointed. I'm glad I tried the food here because this is how you do this type of cuisine.

You don't go to a Burger King for gourmet dining. What you should expect is a minimum standard for a burger and fries. We recently went to this restaurant on two different days and were twice disappointed. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean and the service efficient and friendly--with TV as a bonus. But the food (two different burgers and french fries) was on the edge of being inedible. There were numerous customers, so perhaps this review is overly critical, but I would rather not eat then go back.

Craving a delicious Authentic style Gyro? Our Gyros are shaved lamb or tikka seasoned chicken. The owner is Pakistani and has authentic chicken or lamb curry. Also, come and try our falafels, samosa's, chana masala cooked chick peas, and homemade hummus.
If you hit this spot during the lunchtime rush,or be prepared to wait! The food is excellent! Be aware spicewise, the hot really is hot! I highly recommend this place and can't wait to try their other menu items like the falafel! Note: they have only one bathroom, and no changing table for babies/ toddlers. It's tight, so not a great place for large parties. I believe you can place an order for pick up.

This a good local place with plenty of seating. I had fish and chips which were very good. Nice size portions. The air conditioning was on super low so it was actually cold in the restaurant in the summer time.

If you like fresh bread and fresh sliced as they make your sandwich meat then this is the place for you. I couldn't eat all of my half sandwich. Also, all of their soups homemade. Cash only but the do have an ATM on site. Friendly place!
