We dined with Chimney Park twice this week while in a nearby city for a conference. This delightful surprise in an otherwise bleak culinary landscape was uplifting and memorable. From cocktails to desserts there was not even the slightest disappointment. Service was consistent, thoughtful and generous. Ambiance was casual fine dining in a somewhat rustic setting. Lighting gentle, seats comfortable, other guests courteous. Lamb, scallops, bison, imaginative desserts.

Neighborhood coffee shop with inside/outside seating and drive through. Has daily specials. The typical coffee beverages but with some pastries, ice cream and other light stuff. Ask for their punch card...15 punches = a free drink.

My 3 kids and grandpa all think these are the best donuts you can get! They will bypass Dunkin' Donuts in a heart beat to grab a donut from Mr. Yo's. The staff is always very helpful and friendly as well. This is one of those rare gems that we are lucky to have.

Hawaiian Island cuisine shares the delicate combination of intense flavors and a healthy exuberance. All dishes are thoughtfully arranged by Chef Andrew Higa to ensure a healthy quality without sacrificing flavor. Many of his recipes have been passed through generations and refined to create a satisfying experience. Watch for Chef Andy's use of fresh island fish and seasonal desserts.
This is great restaurant. As you can see from the name this is a Hawaiian restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the mixed plate, it was mahi-mahi and beef teriyaki . Both were delicious, I got a choice of white or brown rice, I chose brown and it was excellent too. My husband got something with Portuguese sausage. He loved it. They make their own sausage. We are definitely going back!

In short, this is the best coffee shop I've ever been to! The staff are all so friendly and willing to work with you if you aren't sure what drink to get and always make sure you are satisfied with everything. (before you leave this review check out the tip at the bottom)
It's a fairly large coffee shop that has a lot of sofa seating and comfy chairs in the back with a fireplace and in the front is like a cafe area with small round tables and a great place to meet with someone or work on your laptop. They also have a meeting room which to my understanding is free and you can reserve for large parties (I would say it could fit about 30 people comfortably)
If you're visiting Northern Colorado I would recommend stopping in and then walk around downtown Windsor (a short 2 min drive East or a 5-8 minute walk East)
The only negative I have about this place is how hard it is to find if you're new to the area - BUT, I'm hoping to fix that right now :) Coffee House 20 sits in a strip mall right next door to an Italian Restaurant call Roma's.
The strip mall is located right behind the McDonald's and has lots of parking, only the Coffee 29 sign isn't visible to the passer-by on Main (they are working on fixing this their owner told me) but if you can get into that parking lot behind McDonald's, you're in, just look for Roma's and it's next door.
They don't have a breakfast selection other that bagels and muffins but their drinks make the whole trip worthwhile!
And Lastly: (TIP)
Monday's are 15% off Mochas
Tuesday's are Free Upsize
Wednesday's are Double Punch Wednesdays
Thursday's are Buy One Get One 1/2 Off
Friday's are 15% off Chai
Saturday's are $1 Drip Coffee

They can make an amazing flat white! Consistantly good every time and that is what we all want when we order a cup of coffee.

This is a very different looking Dairy Queen. It has a contemporary, modern look and pleasing color palate: Maze yellow, sage green and red and an incredible retro fan. No fooling, I wish I had that fan in my house!. The fabric lay back chairs are wonderful. The outside patio is completely covered when it's sunny. The large "garage door" opens into the picnic tables on the side patio. Many families gather here. Our kids love to see the staff raise the garage door. They think it's funny. Well, I must admit I do too. Nothing inside looks like the typical Dairy Queen. The amount of seating attracts larger groups of people too. I've had Orange Julius' also. Really a fun place to go after the kids' piano lessons!

If you've read any of my other reviews you will note that I typically write about good places I've been, and that we like our Thai food. Sadly, this place did not live up to any hope of an expectation. While the food has decent flavor, the portions are so incredibly small that I walked out hungry. My daughter's yellow curry, while flavorful, had two shrimp in it and about enough chicken pieces to fit in a 1/2 cup. It was served in a souffle dish - exceptionally small. My dish, while being told by the waitress was "not spicy" was extremely warm and had me in a sweat, with my stomach regretting it shortly after. Again, flavor was decent, portion was tiny - mostly pasty noodles and no meat. Good thing I helped my daughter along with her wonton soup - for $6 or $7 for a soup - with 2 shrimp - never saw Thai wonton soup with shrimp. Wontons were actually decent and seemed homemade. Overall the whole experience left us flat. We would not recommend.
