This place has some great sandwiches and salads. The staff is always nice and the place is clean. The prices are higher than other sandwich shops, but it worth it. The shop is located along the street in and fairly old building, it's quite nice to sit and watch outside as you enjoy your lunch.
If you in the area, give it a try I think you would like it.

I visited the new Chef’s Corner in Williston this pouring rain afternoon at about 1:30 this afternoon. First the good news is that even though you our off the beaten track for someone from Colchester your new restaurant looks amazing.
Now for the bad news I visited Chefs’ Corner for a simple baguette to enjoy with my meal this evening, I was told by your staff that your baguettes where needed to make sandwiches for today’s special what aren’t I a customer don’t you offer other bread choices? So it was not a total loss a drove to lower Main ST in Burlington and found a new source for a wonderful baguette and they were happy to sell it to me, yes I do know about Flynn Ave. This may not sound like a big deal to you folks at Chef’s Corner but why go out of my way to be turned away at the door this is no way to treat a customer.

I've eaten a lot of Thai food over the years. I've had Thai in cities like NYC and Philadelphia, to say nothing of Chiang Mai and Bangkok. So imagine my surprise when this unassuming little BYOB in Winooski manages to serve up some of the better stateside Thai I've ever had? I was shocked and delighted.
The curries were very good and the rotating specials on several occasions took me right back to the food stalls of Khao San Road (well, at least the more authentic Thai restaurants near that backpacker hangout). The Thai-language back page menu, unforgivingly untranslated and unmodifiable for Western palettes, offers a chance at some really great flavors. And the genuine Thai soups, noodle dishes, and other mains all offer something flavorful and unexpected.
Ignore reviews lamenting mediocre pad thai. Get outta here with that. Go back to PF Changs. Here's where you can find some new and halfway authentic Thai dishes, with hard-to-pronounce names and flavors that might just surprise you.

Over 15 varieties of bagels and a dozen cream cheeses. Hot and iced coffee from Uncommon Grounds. Breakfast sandwiches served all day long using real fresh cracked eggs. Lunch sandwiches are a cut above here, with specialties such as a Caprese with fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato, prosciutto and balsamic vinaigrette.
We had a delicious and very filling breakfast here to start our trip across Vermont. It was just across the street from our hotel. They have tons of bagel and cream cheese options. I had the Cinnamon Sugar Bagel with Honey Walnut cream cheese while my wife had the everything bagel with roasted artichoke cream cheese. they were both fantastic. My son had the egg and cheese sandwich and a huge chocolate chip cookie. Washed it down with a hot cup of wonderful coffee. Great breakfast joint.

They have a large variety of bagels and toppings, but I felt the bagel was a little harder than others in the area. Staff is great and the store is clean and kept up.

Tried the Williston coffee house for the first time this past December with several friends. It's a small place, very small, especially in the winter. They have a nice menu and my food was done well. We arrived at 9am and pastries were picked over already. Coffee was hot and good, although refills are $1. So not a place for a large group to to hang out for several hours, but a nice local place.

Locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in rotisserie, grilled, and fried entrees. In addition to a full dining room, we're available for takeout, delivery, and catering.
We were in South Burlington for the night and found Chicken Charlie's. We were not disappointed. The bbq chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, and buffalo chicken salad were all delicious. Juicy tender chicken. The place smelled good when we walked in too. Very friendly staff. We would definitely come back.

Had a nice breakfast here on a Sunday morning with friends and enjoyed it very much .Nice thick bacon and crispy homefries along with tasty eggs and good coffee. Not very big inside ,cozy and an outside deck also. What you do here is place your order at counter and they bring your food then you clean your own table.

This is your standard Starbucks but with longer lines than most Starbucks in our area! If you as fond of Starbucks products as we are, the line is worth waiting in!

My wife and I were here in January and we stopped in for lunch again today for what turned out to be a better meal. I had the pulled pork sandwich which comes on a large bun and my wife had the mac and cheese, served in a small cast iron pan. My pulled pork was very tasty, although the pork was too thinly shredded compared to my expectations but my wife's mac and cheese was quite good and more than enough for lunch. Note that the pulled pork comes with cole slaw on the sandwich which I don't care for but, since I asked in advance, I was able to get it on the side. I also ordered sweet potato fries instead of the regular fries and these were very good as well. Today's meal rates 4 out of 5 versus 3 the last time we visited so I guess we'll be back again sometime in the future.
