This is a great place for a great meal - no matter what you're hungry for. The food is always excellent. The specials are unique and the "regular" menu is extensive. We take our out-of-town guests here whenever we have them. We have never had...MoreThanks so much for this great review! You're right, our menu has a lot of different choices & we mix up the features every few days so our guests can try something new! Hopefully we'll see you again soon:)

I have had breakfast and lunch at this cafe a handful of times. This place tries really hard, and succeeds on most fronts. The service and food are fairly good, but the menu isn't particularly vegetarian, Kosher or Halal-friendly, but overall, this is a very pleasant place to meet friends for breakfast, lunch or coffee. Pancakes are sometimes undercooked, eggs are sometimes overcooked, but overall, I would certainly recommend The Arbor to anyone visiting Warren, PA
I recommend the Naanwich and the fruit smoothies.

Had a cappuccino and a apple pastry and a dozen donuts to go for some friends, needless to say I'm a star! Always fast and excellent quality with everything I've ever gotten there!

We were very pleased with the menu and evening specials that were offered during our visit. It isn't often, that you are offered a duck dish and a smoked chicken ravioli dish in a small town, such as Warren. The wait staff was very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The city should be very happy to have this pleasant establishment to offer their residents and visitors alike. Well done gang.

We often go the Warren and enjoy the Greek food offered by the Plaza. I have been a customer of this little downtown restaurant for years. It has a vintage feel, with wooden booths, antique lights. They offer a varied menu and it would be very difficult not find something you would enjoy. I usually go for lunch and have a gyro and then a piece of their homemade pie. The staff is friendly and efficient.

This renovated bar made into a restaurant/bar came recommended by locals. Nothing fancy but the food was great! Service was top notch. People were friendly. An excellent red sauce on the veal parmigiana. Portions large.
The meal came with choice of spaghetti, salad and bread. The salad had lots of toppings -cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, etc.
The menu had a wide variety of choices from spaghetti, fish, chicken and steak. Next time I'm in Warren, PA I will be stopping again.

Four of us had dinner here. Two had the broiled seafood platter, one had the fried fish dinner and another had the steak salad, Everyone thought their selection was excellent and with the very reasonable prices all agreed it was definitely on their "come again" list.

By itself location just outside of Warren, PA. Service is great, restaurant and bathrooms were spotless especially considering the rural feel of the place. The ribs are close to some of the best I have had. The stand out to me was their brisket. Easily the best I have eaten, perfect flavor and texture, not overly smoked. The pulled pork was also a amazing. Really this is probably one of two bbq places I have have visited where did not need or desired any sauce to add to the meat. They offer three sauces on the side but really they are truly optional. Well worth a visit.

If you get into town late this is where you go. We came into town for business around 8pm, and pretty much everything else downtown was closed. Luckily for us we found this place and it was still open for a while. The food was great and the service was beyond awesome; very attentive and friendly. Would recommend checking this out if you get the chance.
