The restaurant is well designed, with ample parking, 3 sides open for al fresco dining, comfortable wooden benches and chairs, and a light sea breeze to cool off, relaxing and eating well. Spectacular tagliatelle with scampi, and with frutti di mare, up to and even above Italian standards. Typical small grilled calamari with the ubiquitous chard&potatoes, cold local rosé wine, and a special lava cake were the standouts. Less brilliant was the can-sprayed cream on the very fresh fruit salad, and the cold crepe with ice-cream. But these were tiny faults that didn't ruin the excellent impression this place made on us, finished perfectly by impeccable fast and friendly multilingual staff, and a very reasonable bill for top quality ingredients

I only write reviews when I experience wonderful food. This place is a jewel for great seafood. Go with what is recommended that you will eat!

Good service, good food, nice local wine, great view and location! Overall good experience! Will recommend based on the view. Solid 3&half stars.

Second visit (first this year) and although it was very quiet we had a lovely evening. We shared mussels and fresh bread as a starter; daughter had a mixed fish and olive risotto, fillet steak (medium rare) and mixed meat grill. Good potions and cooked as requested. A couple of beers, three cokes, three wines and cafe latte all for £42. The host is very attentive.

My husband and I ate here and we enjoyed every part of the experience! As soon as we entered we were greeted by the friendly owner who was very personable. Both waiters were very nice and helped us in every way needed. I ordered the Schnitzel & my husband ordered the Beefstew, both were extremely good! For appetizer we had the fried Calamari and it was the best I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable for the portion of food. The atmosphere was very cozy and quaint. We will definitely be eating here again in the future!

We stopped there for lunch on our way out of Pula, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was good croatian food (we had the Istrian steak with grilled vegetables, the caprese salad, all quite nice), the service was ok without being great and the atmosphere was rather nice, it felt authentic. Finally it was very good value.
For a random stop on the road it was a very good surprise, I would recommend.

We looked for an open restaurant Izletiste that works in winter also. Nice ambience, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly hosts. We ate meat plate for two people with a lot of vegetables and homemade potato. With the warmth of the fireplace we drank homemade wine. Everything was great and we will certainly come again.

My family and I went to this place after Reading good reviews for this Pizzeria. It is possible that our expectations were too high and, being Italians, we expect certain standards, but the pizza they served us was not even close to what we expected: the dough was not well cooked and the ingredients were not fresh. In a place like Banjole, you would expect any restaurant/pizzeria to always have fresh seafood available. On the contrary, the two “frutti di mare” pizzas my wife and I ordered were topped with canned tuna (!) and shrimp and mussels clearly coming out straight from the freezer. On the good side, the service was efficient and personnel were reasonably polite.

Restaurant Oasi is among 100 best restaurants in Croatia (in Pula there are only 2). Our modern equiped restaurant offers an absolutely intimate vacation to all those who want to escape the hasty and noisy lifestyle. It is situated in in Pjescana uvala - Pula, just a few minutes walk from beautiful sea. A pleasant ambience, a rich gastronomic offer of the restaurant within hotel make the Oasi an ideal place for all those who seek distance from summer heats and simply want complete relaxation.
Attractively set,we chose this restaurant after Reading the reviews.Excellent service and nice starter. We asked the chef for Wiener Snitchzel which was not on the menu, although other veal dishes were. The meat was stringy. As we had chosen this off-menu,I didn't feel it fair to complain.Busy on a Tuesday night.

This was literally the worst restaurant experience in my life!
For the starter we ordered some bruschetta with tomatoes: it was only dried bread, with chopped tomatoes, without olive oil and garlic, and so dried we have to drink after every bite.
For the main course I ordered fried squid: it was microwaved, and it was so tough, soooo difficult to swallow that I was thinking I'm gonna vomit it back.
Once the waitress showed up I apologized and send back my food, she was not surprised at all.
Next to us there was a long table, about 6 person sitting there, having fun, drinking soda, coffee and smoking cigarettes.
It took a few minutes to realise, they were the stuff, hanging around, chatting etc. I think it is really weird and unpolite.
When we paid, they gave us the "bill" , and the whole price of my order was there. When we mentioned, we shouldn't have to pay for that, they let go 20 Kuna (lol) from the price, telling us "Sorry, this is my boss."
I don't recommend this place for anyone, this is a perfect example of a turist trap!
