It is true, there aren`t many restaurants in this beautiful city but you certainly cannot miss Achavil. The view of the river is superb, the atmosphere of the place is quiet and familiar and the service, very attentive and warm. Needless to say, this is the place where you can enjoy the most delicious seafood which comes straight from the port of San Antonio Oeste.

Hungry and not wanting to go very far while visiting Viedma, we ended up in this establishment that really cannot be categorized as a restaurant. It's a combination of a fast food place with very, very loud music and disposable everything. There are no salt or pepper shakers, no oil/vinegar dispensers, no cloth napkins...better yet...no napkins at all until you ask for them and they come in a plastic dispenser. Mayo, oil, mustard, lemon juice all come in disposable plastic envelopes. With very little effort, they could really improve the place. The place gets packed and tables are placed obstructing the fire exit. Kids run all over the place while parents seem anesthetized. Management is non existent or does not really care. The waitress, although extremely nice, lacked knowledge and training. That being said, we had some of the best calamari fritti ever along with two hake dishes...one with a creamy green onion sauce and the other one, fried. The salad sides were extremely simple. The arugula was not mixed with the rest of the vegetables, but both dishes were abundant and quite tasty. With little staff training and paying close attention to details, this place could be a winner. The view is nice. I guess they are known for all you can eat pizza and if you are 16 and hungry, this may be the place for you. Once again, I could not hear the waitress speak due to the very, very, very loud music.

No apto exigentes !
No volveremos ni lo recomiendo .

Nice riverside eatery, delicious food (visited twice), helpful staff and reasonably priced. The tuna nicoise salad was particularly filling. I found that a lot of the restaurants in the town were only open on the weekend or were just plain closed.

Family business dedicated to craft beer, unique pizzas and best chopped deli among other things! Serve as we'd eat us every time we go somewhere. The main objective is that we choose again and again.

This is a good option for a delicious pizza, a dish of seafood, or barbecue or pasta. The service is good and efficient. The prices are average.

This picturesque restaurant is always packed and I now know why. Their pizzas are incredibly tasty with several innovative choices for toppings. All the ingredients are fresh, including the best mozzarella cheese I have ever had. On my first visit, I had a seafood medley, which was outstanding. It was so good, I went back for their Abadejo with vegetables. It was perfectly made with fresh and crisp vegetables. Two hard-working ladies take care of all customers and there is always a line to get in. It has beautiful outdoor Seating by the Rio Negro and a decent wine list. The walls are full of paintings and every now and then, an accordion player shows up interpreting beautiful French songs. This place is a must if you are in the area.

It is wonderful to make a stop here, any time of the day, to enjoy an icecream, any size you want and almost any flavor you can imagine.
