We tried the chicken corn soup, chicken tikka, daal, plain naan & lachcha paratha & carbonated drinks. All dishes were good enough but we felt cheated we they served drinks on paper glass!! In a restaurant like this who serves drinks in that way!! I guess to charge more for the local drinks they simply did that though they could have done the same by serving those in a proper glass. Moreover, we felt their waiters must improve their quality of service.

A slice of New York in Dhaka! Expect New York styled cooking and technique with a blend of imported and locally produced ingredients, coming together to create beautiful dishes. Expect New York styled Hot Dogs with a variety of toppings made from scratch. Even our bread is made from scratch! Expect the aroma of the best flavored coffee.
Friendly staff, great food in affordable price range and an amazing environment - George's Cafe offers you all of it. Their desserts are a must try (my personal favorite being the red velvet cake), but their hot dogs are worth mentioning as well. Definitely a...MoreHi Sakib! Thank you so much for your amazing review. This will definitely encourage us to strive harder to serve you even better in the future. Hope to see you again soon!

Coffee world is in Bangladesh for a long time had 3 or 4 branches but some got closed and some still remains but its a good place if you are going for the 1st time. Nothing to brag about but have to admit that though now we have so many options still this is the 1st intl. coffee shop in Bangladesh

My family had visited this place a number of times. Last week I had my dinner there. It is one of the best coffee shop in Uttara. My favorite items are quality pastas, lamb chop, different types of stakes and Vanila Latte. Give a try, i am sure you will not regret this attempt.

The Mesquite Grill is a fast casual dinner house specialising in Southwestern American and Italian cuisine. The hearth baked thin crust pizza is one of the signature items.
Trendy place conveniently located at the heart of Dhanmondi. Pretty wide variety of options available to choose from. But it's the steak that shines out from the rest. You get fairly large cuts of meat with a selection of sides and dipping sauce. I felt the meat was a little on the bland side but the sauce helped it along and added nice flavour. Price is reasonable for the quantity.
Service is excellent with well-mannered staff bringing out the orders rapidly. Pretty nice view from the window seat too.
If you love steaks then this has to be on your to-do list.

I have food here frequently from time to time and with every visit they manage to amaze me. This time, along with their delightful variation of western foods, they also included popular Bangladeshi foods like kima puri, daal puri, moglai paratha etc. and all were made right in front of me. Great chef Mr. Zafar was kind enough to serve the tasty food right on my table even though it's a buffet system. Lookinh forward to the next visit.

Went for dinner with some business associates recently. Two of the group had arrived earlier and were waiting in the upstairs section. When we reached, we looked for our friends downstairs, but couldn't find them. When we enquired with the staff if they were upstairs, we were told that the upstairs section was closed. But after a few phone calls, we found that our friends were indeed sitting upstairs... and the staff at the entrance did not know! The order was finally taken quickly, but the food came quite slowly. The only saving grace was the food, which was very good, except for the Rotis and Naans which were not very authentic, and more like a thick Pizza base. I have been to this restaurant on previous trips to Dhaka as well; they have maintained their food quality, but the service levels need to improve!

We went to Uttara for some work but was asked to return after two hours. Checked Trip Advisor to look for some coffee shop and found the beautiful photos and review of this restaurant. We could find it easily. A beautifully decorated restaurant with plants surrounding all over the place. Lovely open space in front. We went upstairs. The waiting staff took us inside but we preferred to sit outside in the veranda. It was pleasant weather and we did not even require a fan. Ordered some coffee and snacks. The menu showed mouth watering dishes but we were full and were happy to order only snacks from Appetiser menu. Loved the gorgeous ambiance. As the restaurant was located on a busy road, there were streams of vehicles passing but we did not feel disturbed with the noise, just because of the green surrounding. Truly, an oasis in the middle of chaotic city.

From its perch on the 15th floor, Favola welcomes diners into an inviting trattoria overlooking the airport runway. Brick walls, wood furnishings, arched entryways, and detailed tile work evoke the warmth of old Italy, while contemporary Seating and artwork bring the present into focus. The gastronomic journey begins with appetisers ranging from insalata caprese to calamari fritti, followed by entrées like black ink cuttlefish risotto or osso bucco. A wood-fired pizza oven is the centrepiece of the space, delivering artisan thin-crust pizzas with traditional and inventive toppings. Live pizza and pasta making stations provide visual entertainment, while homemade gelatos and cannoli add a sweet finish to an unforgettable meal.

Located next to LM Hub of Le Méridien Dhaka, Latitude 23 complements its creative energy with food, drink, art, and entertainment. The open floorplan features sleek lounge Seating and an expansive community table made of rustic wood and metal, with contemporary art installations providing an unexpected counterpoint. Freshly brewed Illy coffee, sandwiches, and sweet treats from our signature éclair menu are served during the day. At night, the space transitions into a chic social hub, where guests gather for happy hour or a nightcap and listen to live music. Le Méridien Sparkling menu features unexpected and effervescent mixology like the Patio Favourite—made from mango and ginger ale—and our popular pomegranate and raspberry cocktail, the Pink Infusion.
Another cheesecake experience from our favorite barista, Mr. Rasel of Latitude23. One of the things i like about this hotel is because of the friendly staff. We stayed at the crew lounge area to have some tea and cookies. Mr. Saiful took care of everything we need while at the lounge. Also their cheesecakes are excellent. Tonight, I tried mango cheesecake with chocolate on top. It was so good. The flavor is so fruity yet not so sweet. Just the right mixture. I will surely come back. Excellent service and the most friendly staff.
