Its a hole in the wall, and it's weird that you have to use the bathroom outside, BUT the food is worth it. Seriously, everything about my meal was really good and home cooked and just plain southern. Server was very friendly and everything came out seriously quick. Price point is much lower than other places , and it we lived here, my guess is that we would eat here when we crave some great burgers and fries!

This is an older DQ building. Normally good service and good quality. Today great service not so good quality. I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait and the ice cream was an inch below where it was suppose to be... Quality is VERY important!

I don't want to say the meal was cheap because that give a since of less quality food. Which is just the opposite. The food was very good quality at an inexpensive price. I mean my wife and I walked out the door stuffed with drinks for $20.02. I am not a catfish fan but apparently it is very good. I saw people taking 3-4 pieces at a time and standing in line for them to refill it. The rest of the food was very good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This place was recommended by a friend. I was very pleased with the food and the fact that it is really made to order, how you want it. The choices are great.

Come as you are and enjoy the casual gourmet offered at the Toccoa's lunchtime favorite, Cornerstone Restaurant in Historic Downtown, is now open for lunch on Sundays.Connected to the Whistle Stop Antique Market, our dining area is nestled in spacious yet quaint surroundings, making it an ideal location for a business meeting or romantic rendezvous.
We dined here for lunch for with six other people and had a great time. The service was very good, the ambiance was old southern general store, with an adjacent antique store. The place was busy with other customers. My lunch of fish tacos was excellent. Portions were generous. Everyone enjoyed his or her lunch. Some had a house biscuit/roll that was to die for. There is some confusion about the name of this place. It seems it has a new name: The Real X Factor Grill, with The Cornerstone written underneath it on the front window. The restaurant is also NOT on the corner.

I had the club sandwich on sourdough. SO hard to get something like that these days, especially in a small town. It was very good, and I was full for the rest of the day. I had fries with it, also good, and a small sliver of my friends quesadilla- which was absolutely the best I have had in years.
The drinks are quite pricey (think "Starbucks" pricing) but they are good and there is plenty of variety. They have cheesecake (I've had it, it's always good), and this day I ate a brownie - very very good. I wanted more, but could not have eaten another bite.
One commenter calls this place "trendy" - After visiting St. Louis, New York, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, I wouldn't say it is trendy, but it's not a dive for sure. What was once an old gas station has been perfectly re-purposed into a lovely little eatery with a variety of clientele. During Fall/winter/spring, you will probably seem many college students (hence the laptops), but during the summer older woman playing cards, teens escaping the heat, and moms having a pleasant afternoon- and anything and everything in between. On this particular day there were many women, which I rather enjoyed. It was relaxed, pleasant, and not a trendy day.

Found this place just over the railroad tracks after we visited the Toccoa Museum. Had a fantastic lunch! Fried chicken, ribs, mac and cheese, beans and cabbage. The owner Miss Shirley greeted us and made us feel welcome. It's a small place but so worth the stop. Looked like a local favorite, lots of to go orders. Miss Shirley gave hugs to many folks! Wish we lived closer, I would be there a lot. Did I mention the banana pudding....yup don't miss that!

Ping's Grill is the official grill of the Links at Lake Toccoa, the City of Toccoa's municipal golf course. It serves your favorite American fare, from sandwiches, to burgers, to chicken fingers, all with their own unique twist. Ping's Grill also serves beer and wine. Come down to Ping's Grill for a great view of Lake Toccoa, a great meal, and maybe a great round of golf!
We enjoyed our meal seated outside even with the chill in the air. Service was prompt and courteous. Fried green tomatoes and fried onion rings were delicious! We both had the special, chicken-fried steak with a salad. The sandwiches were huge! Very tasty! Everything we had was good. Casual setting. Food served hot and fresh in baskets!

Good food. Nothing real fancy, just good food. Isn't that what u want? Clean place, clean restrooms. Many items on updated menu to choose from. Service was good. Your food is cooked to order, so that will take a few minutes. Eat the free chip while u wait! Will be back.

I've been here twice. The first time I immediately had to run to the bathroom after leaving. I assumed that was just because I ate some things that normally don't agree with my stomach and left it at that. I went back again today and the same thing happened. This time it started happening while I was eating. I only got about 30 percent of my food down before I was feeling sick and just couldn't finish anything else. I got the stir fry with chicken, broccoli, and lomein. The chicken tasted old and like it had an off flavor, the broccoli was super hard and tasted like it was raw (which is ok if that's what you're expecting. I wanted cooked broccoli) and the lomein had no flavor at all. I had to pour the teriyaki sauce from my stir fry on it for it to taste like anything. I will not be back. My husband also had to run to the restroom as soon as we got in the house and did not finish his sesame chicken. I'm not sure what the issue is but I hope they fix it for other customers!
