Charming, cozy, little restaurant, I mean small, like 4 tables of 4. Very nice atmposhere, with low background music, friendly service with humour and all at a reasonable price.
We could not figure out the menu at first (roast beef with pasta?) but once you get the dish you understand. Basically is a bed of mixed pasta (all sorts of pastas, mixed together) with whatever you order on top.
You get large portions, is well presented, topped with a few large thin slices of cheese and sprig(s) of fresh herbs. Looked and smelled great. I liked mine alot. There were 5 of us eating, three of us thought it was delicious, two were not impressed (one making the qualification that if they understood they were ordering a pasta dish, they would probably have chosen something else).
Deserts were large and very good, but we were so full, it was two Deserts and 5 spoons....
I recommend this place.

I visited here with an old friend who knew the owner. It was nice. Good honest couscous and wine. You can't go wrong here. Will definitely go again.

What a surprise, the decor is primarily white, the restaurant is separated by two dining rooms, length wise.
The service is immaculate, each dish is clearly explained and articulate. The menu is simply stunning and the offer, presentation is of a 1 star Michelin standard yet the price is ridiculously affordable. We opted for the set menu at 26 euros for 3 courses.
How you can serve and feature Morrells and foie Gras at this price is beyond me yet was greatly appreciated.
The presentation was outstanding, the food Devine and the portions generous, the wine list was very reasonably priced and had enough depths.
A wonderful experience, only surpassed by the best service I have experienced in 5 weeks.
Worth a detour.

We love small, charming, excellently run restaurants with wonderful food and this fit the bill perfectly. We arrived at 7:30 pm, opening time, without a reservation on a Tuesday night and it was fine. Service was superb and the prix fix menu was yum. Highly recommended.

Tried it on a recommendation from a workmate. It has evidently gone down hill a bit since then. While the food was OK it wasn't anything to write home about. Maybee I got it on a bad day. Perhaps I might try it another time. Perhaps not.

I do not usually write reviews or pretend to think that my opinion is one of authority - however I have done a good deal of traveling and consider myself well-versed in the kitchen. There are a myriad of restaurant choices for any foreigner such as myself in a great place like Tarbes, but few offer the perfect combination of pushing culinary limits and making you feel right at home.
Patati Patata believes in fresh ingredients and a fresh atmosphere, however there is not the usual post-modern smugness that can be found in restaurants like it. The wait staff is friendly and even the owner came and greeted this weary American traveler and offered a free appetizer on the house. He actually went to school in the Midwest region of the US and thus offered to make me some grilled cheese and get me a beer! I was feeling adventurous, though, and tried their Sushi as well as the special of the day. It was so good that, even though I was staying in Tarbes for only a few days, I ate there for brunch the next day and drinks later that night!
I highly recommend this to any traveler who is looking for a tasty take on French Cuisine, a warm atmosphere, and an excellent vantage point to enjoy the city of Tarbes!

Maybe old-fashioned, but a name like Very Sushi'c is a bit too gimmicky for me. Is it Japanese?
Or run by some Vietnamese or even locals? A local, well-rounded- shopkeeper assured me the quality of the food was good and that the (open) kitchen was run by Japanese chefs. We were not disappointed. Well, service was slow in the beginning. Of the two waiters one (the manager? Owner?) took ages talking with a couple of regulars while his collegue was busy bringing food to the tables. Being new we ordered the Sushi Decouverte, an assortment of 24 sashimi and sushi. Which then came quickly enough including a miso soup and coleslaw. The fish was very fresh and we enjoyed it. Incl a nice bottle of white we paid €43. Quite reasonable

I have passed this restaurant many times and never given it a second look, we tried it ou for lunch and we were not disapointed. Inside it was clean and welcoming we could see into the kitchen which looked spotless and the chef looked professional...Morethank you very much

We were in Tarbes just after New Year, and with many restaurants closed, we felt lucky to find Asia open, as it looked highly recommended. While my dumplings were moist and fragrant, my spring rolls were fairly chewy, and my vegetarian business partner found his vegetarian selection (usually easy to do in an Asian restaurant but strangely short on choice) drab. All around, we thought they could do better for the price. And the service was hit & miss; we felt forgotten at many points during the meal.
