Pulena Pizza Pub has ok location in the center of the city of Bar (new town) so one can easily spot it and choose it for drink or meal. Yet it is very near to one of the main and croudy streets, so there are are a lot of cars (in the summer season) poisoning the food on the tables (must mention that Bar is susceptible to windy periods). We had Pizaa Vegetariana and Toast sandwiches. The pizza was excellent, full of seasonal vegetables, very refreshing. The toasts were not bad, but I personally don't prefer tartar souse in something toasted and there was the catch. The toasts were not toasted enough. I would rather say those were just a little baked. The french frize with the toast was not freshly prepared, so we ate cold potatoes. The interior of the Pub smells a lot of fish, a lot. The thing I didn't liked the most was the location of the toilets. The toilets are located next to the kitchen. If one wants to go to toilet, needs to go by the bar, then by the kitchen and behind the kitchen there are the toilets. Not very pleasant smell from the kitchen, nore from the toilets. All in all, average place.

We had a nice dinner with wine on the outside Terrace (2nd floor) with a view towards the Mountains. Food was really good and the service was excellent. Not very crowded and very nice live music in the background (keyboard and classic well-known songs performed well with proper english, not very loud). Great value for the money, recommend the steak, but would guess all the food is nice at this place. Great service and staff. English menu.

Knowing I'm romantic soul ,my friend suggested this place ,and I'm very thankful I accepted . Cozy ,warm atmosphere ,friendly stuff and really tasty food was exactly what I was looking for . Domestic wine was very drinkable ,although I'm not fan of anything else apart of juice ,but I liked it :)
I'll def visit again next summer

We went here because of the trip adviser recommendations. The place is very high rated so we expected to have a great dinner.

Food - not bad, nothing special...
Waitress was quite nice.
Overall pretty good place, but nothing special...

Savoia is a bit worn down to be honest. We didn’t like to booths with a TV either (not suitable unless you’re on a match with the lads) - and the outdoor Seating isn’t great. The interior smelled of smoke. To be honest we had a mixed experience here. The pasta dishes were nice, but the risotto and salads were average. The staff was above average for Montenegro. Fair prices for the quality of the food, but the place itself and the location puts it down.

We found the restaurant while walking around. Its looked clean. We orderd 2 different pizzas. All of two is so delicious. Price is not so high. there is free wi-fi. If you want to eat some Italian food, you should visit.

The food was great: we order entries, a mix of meat and fish on the lava stone and it was great. The calamari filled with shrimps too! And they brought every plate with a lot of side dishes. And the price was really low! A very good restaurant in Bar!

We visited this restaurant twice and were satisfied with both cases. We had excellent fish on grill, sepia risotto and grilled sea food. Also waiter was warm and place is very nice, right on the beach. Price for one food is around 10 € and less if you are good with pizza or pasta. I can only recommend.

Quite easily the best meal I had all week I was away from the UK. Situated in the heart of downtown Bar, Karuba served up a seafood spaghetti which was delicious. Washed down with a couple of beers, this meal will live long in memory. 10/10 and compliments to the chef :-)
