Located in the heart of Downtown Suffolk, Harper's Table offers an approachable and refined experience. hT has been crafted from a love for hospitality, food and wine. The food is inspired by the seasons and the South. Wonderfully spaced throughout with a cocktail area, main dining room, booth seating and private dining for up to 25 people. Design is accented with American lumber and a turn of the century mural discovered during renovations for the restaurant.
I've been t Harper's Table over a dozen times in the past year, and it's been AMAZING every single time. The farm to table creations are so good that the fork gets jealous that it doesn't have taste buds. The bar tenders are second to none in flavor building and balancing of drinks. Harper's Table is by far my favorite local establishment.

Great BBQ!!! Smells like a cookout before you enter establishment. Veteran owned, so thank a Vet and feel welcomed by some great BBQ and sides. They are frequently included in Restaurant Week and made it in The Virginian Pilots “Places to Go” review. Food is plentiful and service prompt. Ask for what’s best and the answer will be everything. Go with the combo and you won’t be disappointed...follow your nose.

We were feeling a bit frustrated after initially trying to go to the River Stone Chop House and not being able to get a table (after being told to come in - over the phone). We called The Vintage Tavern and made a reservation for 15 minutes later.
Arrived, was cordially greeted and seated immediately. Way too many items on the menu that we wanted to try (all sounded very good). We ordered and received the food promptly. Great environment; great food; great service!
EVERYTHING was excellent: from the initial phone call to the time it took to process payment. I will surely go back again and again.

Amicis has some other best, authentic, and real pizza in Suffolk. There are so many different options to choose from for toppings and the atmosphere is great for family events. I got the cheeseburger pizza and it tasted delicious. I thought I got a real burger. I also got the Philly steak with peppers and it was the best thing on the menu. Good for family fun and real pizza, Amicis is the place to go.

I have not been here for years because constant changes in their hours did not fit my schedule. However, I'm glad my wife were able to return. This evening, we were treated to a delightful server, Adriene. She was friendly (but not overly), knowledgeable of...MoreWe're happy to hear that you were able to dine with us again and that everything was enjoyable. We went for dinner 1/13/2018. Britney was our server. She is just wonderful. Very sweet, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very apologetic when she realized the side I ordered had run out. I was disappointed but when I asked what other sides they offered, she was able to name all without grabbing the menu again. She also made sure my veggies did not have any sauce on them.
The NY strips were cooked perfectly to order, the mac N cheese was incredible. The desserts were delicious and huge. I brought mine home.
This is the perfect place for a romantic date. Low lighting but still able to read the menu. Seats where you can sit next to your date instead of across the table.
I have only been there before for restaurant week. This was the first time eating here when it was just a regular menu. I can't wait to come back but it may be during restaurant week again in March.

We go here almost weekly. I will say lately I have noticed a lot of their food to be excessively salty. Not sure why but it is. Also when the waiter made our guacamole it was extremely salty (and we asked for very little salt). I even asked for a credit but the manager said no! We ate about 2 bites. They did not even offer to makeanother one....

The restaurant came highly recommended by local residents and we were not disappointed! The service is prompt, helpful and kind. The menu offers quite a variety of Italian options and our meals were delicious. I had a pizza, my friend had a sub. I agree with the local residents, it is a great place to eat.

Came here for a late lunch, and the first thing to greet me was a very nice hostess and the dessert bar... which had a decent variety of cakes, pies, cupcakes, etc. The staff were very friendly greeting, taking our orders, and answering any questions we had.
I tried their seasonal Pumpkin Ale, which was very good and rich with the pumpkin-y taste that I love! I had a difficult time deciding what to decide for lunch because they have so many choices of sandwiches and such... I ended up getting a ham/swiss with mashed potatoes onthe side! Was all very very good! My father had the Cuben/Ruben?which I stole a bite of and will definitely be trying next time lol Of course we couldn't leave without getting dessert. We tried the chocolate and lemon cupcakes and my mother left with one of the cheesecakes. Overall great experience, and will be definitely coming back soon! Would highly recommend on to others
