A cozy restaurant overlooking all the sailboats...a beautiful view. The location is perfect, close to the shopping mall and lots of parking space. I would recommend their tasty burger with sweetpotatoe-fries. It's a little pricy but well worth it.

At Alberobello, although it can be tricky to find if You are not familiar with Stenungsund, You will always feel welcome and always leave with a smile on Your lips. The food is Italian - pizza, pasta, antipasto etc, made from fresh foodstuff and prepared with respect and passion. Prices are very moderate and service is swift. Try the Bianca pizza made without tomato sauce or their excellent homemade pasta mede from flour imported directly from Italy. Enjoy some Italin wine or beer. Just sit down and let Yorself be spoiled for a while!

Stenungsund isn´t exactly crammed with good eateries, so...
+ for the food , which is quite ok for this type of restaurant.
+ for the location, which is close to the railroad station.
- for the localities. Despite a facelift this fall the diningroom is simply boring.
Better use the take-away option if possible for you.
- also for some of the staff which leave an outright disinterested impression.

Vad jag förstod det som så är det ganska populärt, så jag och mina kollegor bokade bord på lunchen. Det fanns några olika goda dagens att välja mellan. Jag valde fisk med potatismos och var jättenöjd. Salladsbuffén var väldigt fräsch och där fanns mycket att välja på. Det som drar ner mitt betyg var att det inte kändes som att serveringspersonalen hade så bra koll. Man fick nummer men sen verkade det inte som att de tittade på de nummerlapparna när de delade ut maten. Jag fick min mat 2 gånger och min kollega fick fel mat och sedan fick hon vänta väldigt länge på den rätta. Det kan varit så att de hade en extra stressig dag eller ny personal. Skulle ändå absolut kunna tänka mig att gå dit igen eftersom stället var fint och maten väldigt god.

Helhetsintrycket är mycket gott, snabb och hjälpsam personal. Väldigt god sushi serverad på ett mycket trevligt sätt med ett leende på läpparna, rekommenderas.

We used the Captains table only for breakfast on all days and the choices there were excellent even for the vegetarians. Kids were thrilled by the options to make their own fresh waffles. However, the choices remained the same each day which became a little monotonous.

Bistro is quick and efficient! I enjoyed the Sandwich and pastries I had there! The coconut macaroon is AWESOME! I'm really happy with this place. They have a GREAT deck where you can enjoy food and drinks overlooking the water. Bistro has come as second choice to Harrys in the past, but with Harrys' service going down the drain, Bistro is my new favorite place around this area! It is officially my go-to for a good time nearby with friends.
I'll be trying the fries next! They look amazing.

Paid 38 SEK for a cappuccino, excellent coffee but served in a PAPER CUP!!!! Despite asking for regular cup, the staff refused as they were closing in 10 mins. No thought of the fact that we were paying twice the McDonalds price for the coffee.

This is my most visited restaurant in Stenungsund and I've never been disappointed or hungry afterwards. The owner is from California and partly mexican and he says that his menu is closest to mexican you can get on Västkusten. And I have no reason to doubt that.
I think I've tried everything on the menu and I've liked all of them. The owner is very social and if he's not too busy it's always nice to speak some english with him.
