Taps have good bar food and is an OK spot to catch a game. I've been once. The service was poor on that occasion but the food was good enough where I'd go back and hopefully get a different waitress next time. A little expensive all things considered, but I'd still go back.

This place was recommended to us by my husband's co-workers. I can say that it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was friendly and very casual. The food was good. I saw nothing on the menu that was figure friendly or calorie conscious other than the couple of salads on the menu. The dishes all had fun and quirky names. The young man taking our order asked us what our favorite thing about the year was so far and then called THAT when our order was completed. It was kind of fun, knowing the question, to see what got called out for the other orders. We will definitely go back again many times in the future.

I was excited that they offered Gluten Free pizza. They marinade and grill their chicken for the pizza daily, all fresh, great taste. The server recommend the pesto chicken pizza. It was great. They also have an app with a punch card system with offers.

Moon Dog pie house serves authentic made to order New York Thin and Chicago deep dish pizzas in an eclectic, funky and family-friendly environment. Full menu includes sandwiches, salads, pasta, wings, and desserts. Expanded bar area with 13 beers on tap. Dine in or Take out.
They have a large outdoor dining area and a bar like animated indoor type thermostat with large wooden booths. The service was good and they do offer great Gluten Free pizza. They had a great variety of specialty pizzas.

There were 3 of us who ate here. Two had the Grilled Salmon which was very good but it appeared to be a slightly smaller portion than our prior two visits. We also split a Spinach Salad and both of us found it to be rather bland; very little salad dressing and what was there had little taste. It was also very small for $8.95 even when you consider we split it. The third person started with the Goat Cheese Salad which she claimed was good and then had the CHICKEN RAVIOLI as her entree. She said that was very good but it appeared to me to also be a very small portion. Our server was Domonique and she provided excellent attentive and froendly service. I was surprised to see the restaurant almost empty at 12:45 on a Friday afternoon. Our bill for this lunch (without tip) was $59.37.

Voted "Best Italian Restaurant" by Best of JAX Folio Weekly 2012. Chef Giulio (originally from Palermo, Italy) draws strongly on family recipes and traditions. Vito's has been a staple in the Jacksonville area for over 30 years with Chef Giulio originally starting in 1984. Vito's Italian Restaurant has been wowing locals with it's crowd-pleasing signature dishes and extensive children's menu.
Although I have passed this place a hundred times thus was my first time eating here. The service was great. The bread was yummy!! The wine was delicious and the shrimp scampi was very good (although I had to remove the tails). I will definitely...MoreThank you!

I have been to this place many times. It is a breakfast and lunch cafe with good down home cooking. Try the great hamburgers for lunch and the gigantic pancakes for breakfast. I am sure you will return often.

Order: Tieramisu, Bread Pudding
Price: Around $11
Pros: Huge selection of items, very friendly and helpful staff, flavors were delicious for both of the items we tried
Cons: A little hard to get to and the signage isn’t very good
Thoughts: My wife and I know of a few spots around Jax to get some good deserts but not nearly enough. So we decided to sample a new location that seems to have gotten pretty good reviews. Amaretti deserts didn’t disappoint in any way. The staff was incredibly helpful and talked us through his favorite deserts.
Ultimately we ended up deciding on the Tiramisu, which is a personal favorite of both my wife and I, and the white chocolate bread pudding, because it was recommended so highly. While I absolutely loved Tiramisu, the bread pudding was possibly what was most surprising. I say this because most bread pudding I have ever had is incredibly sweet, often far too sweet for me to enjoy it. I much prefer European style desserts that are richer, but much less sweet than most American desserts.
The Tiramisu had just the right amount of espresso, and rum, giving it a very strong but good flavor. The cream was also just right and the lady fingers were not to over soaked in run so it still had a firm yet creamy texture. The bread pudding was spot on, not too soggy, but not too dry, resulting just the right consistency. And, like I said before, the flavor was a good white chocolate flavor with plenty of sweetness from the bread pudding but nothing overly sweet that left you choking down the desert.
I'm sure that we will be back in the future to sample different desserts but in the meantime I would recommend going to anybody in the area looking for good dessert.

This is the best barbecue we have had, and we have traveled the gulf coast RVing for three months hitting barbecue restaurants along the way. Not only is the food outrageous, but Lisa, the owner, who is so friendly and welcoming is why we are back. Part of the success of a good restaurant is valuing their staff, and that is just what Lisa does every day. We sampled the smoked Turkey and couldn't believe how moist and delicious it was, in addition to the ribs, tri tips, and pulled port. Best we have ever had. They definitely know how to smoke their meats.
We traveled a long way to get back to Woodpeckers Backyard BBQ and felt it as well worth it. Top quality beef, chicken, pork, and Turkey and a friendly accommodating owner and staff, need I way more?????

My family eats at Yummy Asian Bistro at least 4 times a month, for over 4 years. The food is consistently delicious. We've never had a bad meal. The sushi is fresh and made with high quality ingredients. The Chinese food is amazing. Jason and Rachel cook from family recipes - every dish I've tried is just so good. This is not 'carry out Chinese.' And Jason recognizes his customers and greets his regulars by name and hand shake. Best restaurant on CR210 by far, and even worth a stop if traveling through the area on I-95.
