We agree with everyone that we have spoken to.....It's fabulous! The food is great! We chose Mexican food last night. Large portions, delivered in a timely manner with the BEST service I have had in a long time. It's is a fair distance away from our home but we will definitely travel the distance to go again!

I have enjoyed bringing doughnuts from Tom's to work for several years. They're always fresh, sweet, and soft. I've switched to bringing muffins this year because the people I work with pounce on them whenever I bring some in. Now that McDonald's has made a big deal of offering muffins, I decided to try one, but found that their version just didn't hold a candle to the ones we get at Tom's. We usually get a six-pack of blueberry and a six-pack of cranberry. We need to be sure to have plenty of napkins too, because Tom's muffins are so moist that your fingers get damp from the sweetness oozing through the paper. They are full of fruit, full of flavor, and topped with a sprinkling of sugar just to make them perfect.
Tom's has breads, cookies, and other treats too. Just follow the main street of Sparta East, and you'll find muffin heaven!

The staff at nearby golf course recommended this restaurant. We were not disappointed and will return if we are in the area. We were seated immediately at 7 pm on a Saturday evening. Outdoor seating is also available. Trisha was our waitress and was wonderful. Food was served hot and presentation was good. Best salmon I have had in awhile. Try it. The burrito was yummy and sizzlers were done to perfection.

I like this little place. Before 9am is a pretty good special. I like that you can banter with the server a little, she's fun and gives what she gets. The food is pretty good too. I really like their pancakes, they have pretty good flavor.

The menu is extensive. Lunch menu has 24 items plus a children's section. Most items are available in small or large portions. Almond chicken was prepared different than what I was used to but very good. I intend to return. Restaurant was very neat and clean.

Met friends here who suggested the spot. Good selection of beer. I had the Michigan Sunshine which was very good. Food and service also good. I had fried chicken. Very crispy and moist. Will return. Nice decor inside.

Stopped at this McDonald's for lunch. They were very busy with a long drive-thru line. Parked and went in. Service was quick and professional. Food was hot and order was correct. A good quick stop.

Its been several years since we've been here, so I was hoping it was just as good as always. It was! Two of the ladies had the shrimp basket, two guys had the club sandwich, and the other two had the chicken burritos. Everyone was happy with their selections. I personally think their club is one of the best I've ever had. This restaurant is inside a bowling alley (or at least attached it one) so it may be a little hard to spot right away. Lots of parking behind the building. They serve breakfast on Sundays only.

Angela's is the best unknown Italian restaurant in Kent County. Everything is hand made by members of the family... & grandma is directly from Italy! Their pizza is traditional with a great amount of toppings. But skip the pizza. Go for the entrees as this is where the family shines! Our favorite is their eggplant parmisian. Thin, lightly coated pieces of eggplant are topped with mozzarella cheese & a wonderful, flavorful, sweet (yet light) marinara sauce. Whenever we travel from our home near Traverse City to Kent County we always stop at Angela's. Thank you, Angela!!

Pretty good food. LOTS of choices. Very friendly staff. They have live music occasionally. If you're looking for a place to get a burger and a beer, or spend some time with friends munching and just hanging out, this is the place. Gets fairly busy on occasion. Seems like it attracts lots of regulars.
