Best Cookies on Earth
These are fantastic cookies! With unique flavors and gourmet takes on classics, these large cookies cost over $2/cookie depending on total purchased (less per cookie if multiple purchased). You can sample any cookie before purchase so you’re sure not to waste and they give generous samples. Friendly staff and cute shop with street parking. Easy location for a quick in and out if you’re just passing through downtown.

I don't often rate restaurants as highly as I have Valter's Osteria in SLC. Having traveled extensively to Italy, I have authentic restaurants and cuisine to compare. Valter's is as good as the best restaurants I, my wife and daughter have enjoyed on our trips to Italy. Not only was the food delicious, our waiters, when not finishing our dinner prep tableside, did everything they could to make us feel welcome and at home. We had only discovered Valter's two days prior to our visit while looking for restaurants for our only night in Salt Lake. We called for a reservation but could not be accommodated. However, we were invited to show up at opening to take our chances for a table or sit at the bar for a meal. We took them up on the offer and were seated right away. Should we return to SLC, Valter's will be high on our list to revisit. Don't miss this fine dining experience.

We searched for rustic bread in Salt Lake City, finding Eva's was a good thing. Nice selection of breads and pastries. There are also two electric vehicle charging stations immediately in front of the store.

The place is big (considering it is a bakery) with good tables. The glasses make it a clear and attractive place for a morning breakfast on european style. They got a good selection of sandwiches with different types of bread. The drinks are pretty good, specially the one with strawberrie. The cakes and small pies are also amazing.

Takashi pushes the envelope of contemporary Japanese cuisine, presenting unrivaled sushi and sashimi along with innovative small plates and hot entrees in a memorable downtown setting.

Whether you prefer a bar side seat with a view of the action at the cutting boards, or a cozy table for two, our friendly and knowledgeable servers will guide you through the menus, the specials board, and our excellent collection of premium sake, beer, wine and fabulous specialty cocktails.

WHILE MOST SEATING IS ON A WALK-IN BASIS, we do offer a few early reservations through Open Table.
An excellent place to dine the best sushi and Japanese food. It's gourmet food. The service is not the best, the two people at the reception are not the friendliest. They charged us badly for a bottle of wine and the manager had to fix the price. The food of very good quality and abundant. They wait a long time until they take you to the table.

Eating at Bombay House is about much more than just food. It is a complete cultural submersion for all five of your senses. The rich aroma of exotic spices; the rhythms and songs of an ancient culture; warm, intimate lighting; vibrant murals portraying scenes from Indian life and legend; oven-toasted flat bread warming your fingers as you tear a piece to eat; the exquisite flavor of sumptuous food cooked to perfection and served with the same care and courtesy extended to family and guests of the highest honor. Bombay House is about providing you with a truly exceptional experience.
This Indian food restaurant has been in our city for many years. Their reputation has sustained as a quality provider of authentic ethnic cuisine. The ambiance is warm and decorated in a culturally consistent manner. The servers are pleasant and were willing to describe the large menu. The food was well presented . At our table the reactions ot the food varied from delicious to disappointing. This variance could be simply explained by individual taste and expectations. Overall, the group enjoyed the experience and would return again.

First visit to Oh Mai, we tried four of their banh mi sandwiches, spicy chicken, shredded pork, brisket and the rib eye. Each id served on a crusty, French style baguette. The shredded pork was our favorite, but all were delicious. We would definitely visit them again, but maybe try one of their other locations, because the parking at this location is a bit wacky.

Went here with my teenage daughter. Restaurant had a college vibe with the music, seating and service.
We walked in on a Sunday morning and got a table in 2 min (outside with heaters).
Food was crazy fast and solid.
Wait staff could not have been more on it. Refills, attention, payment, etc. I would certainly go back.

Innovative food, excellent, non obtrusive service, comfortable atmosphere. What more could you want for a lovely dinner?
Valet parking at the hotel really helps, too. Our group raved about the gnocchi, scallops, desserts. We thought the salads were great, too, and my chowder was exceptional. Highly recommended.

There's more to just ordering a sandwich at Caputo's but I'll start there. The sandwiches are amazing - huge, packed with meat, cheeses and other delicious items. Three of us ordered three different sandwiches. The breads are fresh and flavorful. We could only eat half of each of our sandwiches, they were so big! The wrapped our leftovers with plastic wrap to take home.
The fish market is a treasure in the middle of Salt Lake. Fresh fish and seafood can be ordered at the counter and the prices are great! Next time we will order some fish to take home to grill.
The market is packed with goodies - chocolates, cheeses, meats, olive oils, candies, herbs, pastas tomato sauce and more. Some items, like a lot of the chocolate, is made in Salt Lake. Other items are shipped in from Italy. Take the time to walk around and look at things. Try some bread dipped in balsamic vinegar or olive oils. Try some cheese at the deli counter.
This was my first time at Caputo's and I want to return again soon. It's something interesting, fun and tasty to do!
