Restaurant by/on the waterfront. Fish is their speciallty but they serve meet aswell.
Open during the summertime and for christmasdinners.
Really good food, suitable for both family and workdinner.
Can be reached both by land and by sea.
Both restaurant and villige are worth a visit. Take a stroll and look at the village before or after your dinner and enjoy the fresh sea air...

This place looks bad. That may be the look they are going for but not a great first impression. Very good food though. The wings were cooked perfectly and served piping hot. Ribs, steaks of my colleagues were well received, my dish of vegetable stir fry was very good, one of the best I have had in town.

In the heart of Soderhamn we offer just that with a view of one of Soderhamns many beautiful parks, Strykjarnsparken and also a nice view of the both the Ostra and Vastra berget. In our coffee shops we offer our own brand of coffee, pastry from our own bakery and food made of natural resources of the highest quality. Wayne's Coffee opened it's first cafe in 1994 in Stockholm and has since put the standard for the modern European cafe concept in an urban environment with the unique design and it's own music concept.

There are not too many coffee places in town, and this is one of the better ones, if not the best. They have a nice terrasse, and the place is in the walking passage, in the middle of the "city". Coffee and bakeries are good and you also can get warm food (which I didn't try, but which looked very good).

I love Söderhamn, and I try to have a stop there every time I go to the North. Rådhuskonditoriet is situated in the very center of the city, so that one may have a walk and a coffee. There is a parking right in front of it, where it's allowed to leave a car for 2 hours for free (January 2015). The cafe has a retro feeling, but the cakes are fresh and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Semlas are great! The best in the whole city in 2014. There was no problem with finding a milk-free treat, I have an impression that it is a reliable place for people with allergies. There are also soups, sandwiches and sallads in the menu. The toilet is, unfortunately, not so great for changing diapers, and there are stairs in front (no place to park a stroller), but there are baby chairs, and there are several rooms and some sofas, so that it's possible to relax a bit.

Vid en snabbvisit i Söderhamn googlade vi fram denna pizzeria. Den blev en glad överraskning! PIzzerian ligger en bit från centrum och i gamla - och ganska trötta -
hamnkvarter. Lokalen håller dock en skyhögt bättre klass. Nästan som en finkrog, faktiskt..
Pizzorna var mycket stora och väldigt goda.
PIzzerian är väl värd en omväg.

From the outside it looks like a lunchroom, but they serve quite good food, for a reasonable price. Dishes are presented very tastefully, but portions are on the small side. So far the best place to eat in the centre.

This restaurant offers a buffet with a variety of fishdishes, herring and salmon with nice sauses. The value is very good. The restaurant itself is plain but the setting is very nice at the border of the sea. There is also a shop in connection with the restaurant where you can buy a variety of fish.

this place does excellent lunches, coffee, and cakes. It also sells bread and cakes to take out. Try a princess barkalsa or a Budapest (cream cakes), if you dare. They're scrumptious but bad for your waist line.
