Come hang out with us in The Attic. Casual and comfortable at its best, featuring a wood-fired pizza oven, furniture to relax in and a completely updated bar offering our Pike Hive Five Hopped Honey Ale produced by The Pike Brewing Company, Salish Honey Flavored Vodka and private label wines. Our menu features wood-fired pizzas and sandwiches hand crafted using house-made mozzarella and other fresh cheeses. The Attic is a must-see... And taste.
The entire staff at the Salish Lodge should be commended on their superior customer service. We were there with my Mom who requires a mobility scooter to get around. We pulled up to the valet parking (even though it was full) and was told that they have complimentary valet parking for handicapped. I opened the back of my SUV to get her scooter out, and the valet attendants all rushed to get it out, and had it assembled before I knew what was happening! Amazing! (Most valets usually just stand there and watch me). We made it inside and was told that the main elevator was down for renovation but was was very happy to escort us through the service elevator, apologizing all the way for the inconvenience. Once upstairs we were greeted immediately and off to a table. A window table became available a few minutes later and they again were more than happy to move us to the window table.
The meal was excellent as well. We were there for lunch (not sure if they have a separate dinner menu). My sister and I chose to split a Caesar salad and the Hawaiian pizza. There was plenty of food, in fact had to take half the pizza home. But the pizza was excellent! There was fresh grilled pineapple (not canned) and a hint of their local honey(different but amazing). All on a crunchy thin crust. Best pizza ever! My Mom opted for the pork belly tomato sandwich. Although I didn’t taste it, it looked equally amazing. All capped excellent service and understanding by the staff.
My only complain with the lodge is the accessibility issue. The hallways are tight. The bathrooms, although they have bars, they do not have the raised toilets. I’m hoping they can address this with their current renovations. When I called to make sure there was an elevator to get her up to the Attic, I was told about the service elevator, but they did not tell me about the complimentary valet parking. I found out after we parked across the street, took the bridge over, and she couldn’t get down to the lodge because the accessible ramp was closed. Other thank that we had a great experience!

This place is great! We had salads for dinner and came back for breakfast the next day because it food was so good. Excellent service, and quality ingredients. Interior is rustic warm and charming. Cool historic photos of North Bend on the walls, and fireplace. A great stop for couple or families!

Sweet and savory treats at a place to rest and meet in beautiful North Bend, Washington.
My friend and I showed up very hungry to Georgia's. We ordered quiche and had a donut. Both were amazingly delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed talking to the owner as well. The most difficult decision coming here was what delicious pastry to order. Prices are very reasonable.

There's two coffee joints on the Ridge, Starbucks and this one. The Starbucks is one of the busiest -- always crowded, especially on the weekends. This local coffee joint is more relaxed....great place to camp out and work on the laptop, meet for business or have a quiet chat. There's even a fireplace to warm up to in the winter with a chair next to it that's easy to fall asleep in. The staff is friendly and mellow, along with the typical clientele that trickles in and out. They have exotic bean choices, always with something different brewing each time I go in. It's all about that personal touch....for the money and experience, hand-crafted mom & pop coffee drinks trump the chain places, hands down.

My friend brought me here for my 50th birthday celebration. While I was disappointed that the tradition of a tableside hot chocolate bar had long been abandoned, I was delighted with their "honey from heaven" tradition. Apparently, there are 12-13 bee hives on the property, and the lodge actually generates its own honey. So, they train their waiters/waitresses to use a honey spoon, collect the honey, hold the spoon way up high (from heaven) and have it drop precisely on their homemade buttermilk biscuits. Also, despite not having a hot chocolate bar, I highly recommend the hot chocolate...it's heavenly too!

If your a Twin Peak’s fan, there’s just about no more iconic place you can go to, and inside, than Twede’s Cafe, home to the interior and exteriors shots of The Double R Diner. The staff inside have embraced this identity…some of them were wearing Twin Peaks Sherif Department T-shirts, the walls are decorated with items placed there by the production, and, of course, they serve “Twin Peaks Cherry Pie”. (Don’t miss the filming photos and other Twin Peaks specific items in the small hallway to the restrooms in the back.
My wife and I went here twice. It was our first stop in town in the mid-afternoon for Twin Peaks Cherry Pie. Sadly…I mean really sadly, the pie was not great…too sweet, tasted like any mass produced grocery store bought pie…if you want really great cherry pie in town, try the Attic at the Salish Lodge nearby (which doubles as the front of the Great Northern Hotel.
We also returned for breakfast the next morning for a generally better food experience.
This too had a bit of a disappointment…the coffee was just okay. It was definitely hot but not so much “Damn.” It was weak diner coffee. This is an epidemic in many breakfast restaurants who really just don’t know how to make coffee…it should be more than browned water…especially so close to the coffee-hub of Seattle, and especially, especially at this location where tourists from all over the world will be coming with high expectations for the “Damned Fine” coffee. Coffee here should be an iconic experience and it was generally disappointing diner coffee.
The breakfast was good though. In terms of basic American diner breakfasts…the portions were HUGE.
I had an egg white omelette with spinach, cheddar cheese and onions. It was served with hash-browns… all of it was cooked and delicious…though I could barely eat half of it because there was so much. Definitely perfect classic diner food…perhaps a touch greasy.
My wife got a vegetable omelette which she also thought was very nice, and french fries on the side which looked like they were made from giant potatoes about five minutes ago. Good job on the breakfast food Twede’s!

This is your basic starbucks. No drive thru. The line is usually out the door in the mornings. The service is slower than other starbucks I've been to. You can order your coffee and go next door to get doughnuts and your drink probably still won't be ready. It's the only starbucks in Snoqualmie so everyone goes here. Overall basic starbucks, busy in the mornings.

I ate dinner with friends during my stay in Snoqualmie and it was a memorable experience. The food and service were excellent and the prices were very reasonable. WARNING: The portions are huuuuuuuuge. I mean monsterous. Try to split a meal or you will be taking leftovers home. The size of the portions did not affect quality, it was quite memorable.

After an afternoon visiting the Snoqualmie Falls, it was nice to try an ethnic restaurant nearby. Located in a small mall, we had to wait for our table. Seating is limited in this small restaurant, but once seated one can enjoy well prepared authentic meal. Service is bit rushed but they are friendly.

Solid quality menu, with good variety, that satisfied everyone in our group of seven people ( age range from 16 to 70...a tough crowd to please..). Very casual atmosphere, with friendly knowledgeable staff. Local brews were crafted well, and something for all tastes.
